- It was good to be back out in the hammock, cooking up some food over the fire and practicing some bushcraft skills. I'm pretty gutted about my blade but its better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all 💚. Thank you to those who support on Patreon (link below), I'll be adding lots more content through the winter to make It worth your while. Also thanks to anyone who's ever left a comment or a like, or just watched on your phone while taking a dump. It really does mean a lot.

My Mother in law passed away this morning.. Only 58 yrs old and We Are All heart broken😢. This video was the only thing today, that got My mind of of things for just five minutes. Thanks for making these videos man. You havent got a clue how much your small adventures can be much needed therapy for some of us. Wish i could go camping like this some day. Keep up the good work mate and thanks from the bottom of my heart. 💪❤️
Ah mate! I’m really sorry for your loss. Much love to you and your family mate. 💚
@@HazeOutdoors thanks mate🙏. Greetings from Denmark.
She's with you in spirit brother. In the wind the rain and the earth. Sending my thoughts to Denmark 🌬
Sorry for your loss Allan J, Peace
When my Dad died, I'd to go into Asda later for some things, and people laughing really annoyed me. Time is the best thing mate. Sorry for your loss.
Wouldn't worry about the noises mate. We had that round here, and it turned out to be a harmless axe murderer. Great vid as always.
Oh just a little old Ax Murderer no big deal.
So long as they use a gransfors bruks
@@HazeOutdoors if I was going to be hacked to bits, it would have to be Elwell.
That was deer troat. Mating deers.
@@HazeOutdoors Nah sorry pal. It was one of the skinny little Chinese ones that you get in the pound shop or out of a lucky bag. A few chops and the head came off, but surprisingly, the axe was ok.
Some knifes will come and some knives will stay...But Bushcraft Haze will stay !!
Man after me own heart... Out in the wilds... Enjoying the outdoors , cooking up some good gear and makes own beer like me!.
Cheers
When I saw the knife break ... "MEDICCCC!!!"
:-) *
Spooky how that knife broke the next day a long with the back story! Proper gave me the chills.
You are and easy watch fella with a smattering if chuckles thrown in! "Stack it mate, put a fork in me I'm DONE" 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂. Thanks for the vids! Keep safe and carry on posting your fun'days!
you know what mate, i fucking loved this video. ive watched many hundreds of hours and yet never felt the raw british woods experince until watching you, crack on brother
Very twinkly stars! Lovely video :-D
Awesome. Love the forest. I don't watch much on youtube but Haze Outdoors and The Fish Locker are just awesome. I am a 58 year old great granny from Kentucky in the US. My dream before I leave this crazy world is to visit the territories around your area of the world. God Bless and stay safe.
I just started watching you. Dude, you have a beautiful heart and soul. If I feel down, watching your vids always puts a smile on my face. As you climb in success remember to stay humble.
Much love.
Namaste 🙏
Thanks Ken 🤎
Nice video mate your a true Yorkshire terrier 😁👍🏻
cant believe you jinxed the knife. RIP indeed. u said it. Great vid mate
Your Hungarian is excellent! (13'46'') You come again here, you are my guest, at least for a couple of beers. Or for a steak in the woods. George from Budapest, Hungary #bushcrafterdaddy
The knife is savable lad. The metal above the monster blade chip can be used as a new full tange for a new handle. It will be a nice four inch blade. Send the photo to any knifesmith with the history of the knife. They will re profile it and bring it back to life. It would be sad to see it sitting on a bookshelf.
Kind regards
Wow...The stars at 18m 30 sec....just amazing. Sorry for your knife brother.
Damn. Sorry bout the knife mate. Still better than lying on a shelf collecting dust. Great vid - I like the simple stew.
Nice music. Nice Celtic night skies

Nice touch with the outro tune Hazy. 😂👌
Noise you heard at the start was a fallow deer mate, they have a rather deep and throaty call 👍🏻awesome vid! 👌🏻
No it was a vampire.
Great video, good content. We all go arse over face, I was coming down from Bamford Edge, slipped went over, tent strapped to outside (normally clipped) not this time, came off without me knowing, sleep mat on inside as well. It was a camp I had to bail from so it was dark. Dooooo. Live and learn. Keep them coming.
Hi mate. I'm new to your channel but I'm fully addicted. Love your vids brother. Keep it up 👍👍👍

Cracking job on landscaping mate, genuinely impressed at how tidy and professional your work is.
Brilliant m8
This is my first time watching a Haze vid after seeing the comments in MCQ Bushcraft. 1’48 in and I am already loving it 👍
#jokes
Ah mate just seen the fatality. So gutting. Sorry pal 😩
Thanks mate
Lee will have been proud his creation went while being used for it’s purpose 👍
That was a nice bit of fire-lighting with the ferro rod. I'm rubbish at it and have to use cotton wool with Vaseline on it lol
That front garden you did was absolutely brilliant mate very classy.👍
FML! I was just thinking 'I haven't see hazy blooper for a while' and then you stacked it lmao! Gr8 stuff dude. Hopefully out in the hammock this week. ATB Elton.
Loved the mad noises mate.
The scenery around the camping site is so wonderful. The hot food looks so delicious. I'm glad to see your wonderful video again. From Woongkham, a South Korean UA-camr.
🤗🤗🤗
"They'll logg you off for good and youu won't remember the password "🤣🤣
Looking well Hazy! Dropped a few kilo? Soz to see the knife is fcuked, many memories eh? A wee framed display would be cool for it.... Those noises (barking type noises) were stags on the rut. Lucky man to hear it😎 KTF🙏
First time watching, but I knew I'd like it after that opening scene walking through. Spot on
That knife isn't dead, you just created a double finger choil ;)
Liked and subbed by the way.
Superb Job with the quarry tiled path, and paving. It will be ace to skate from the pavement on the path to the front door, then skate back when winter comes.
R.I.P LB/MCQ knife 🔪
That noise was a stag, as it's rutting season,! X
Thanks Louise 🦌
@@HazeOutdoors I concur. My m8 sent me here to your channel to have a listen.... because some folk report seeing and hearing all sorts of things in the woods...On this occasion, a stag.... If you ever see or hear anything bizarre ping me....or (lights in the woods or sky)that's my domain! :-) - Dawn
Cracking video as always!! Sorry about the knife. All the best. 👍
I love ground pepper on my eggs and sometimes a bit of smoked paprika.....wild shrooms...food of the gods!
Hey hazy... Great vid as usual... Try a dollop of english mustard in the stew with the porter...next level flavour 😋😋
You now have a mini Machete cooool
Paul don't dispair you use the knife in the way it was meant to be used and the maker would be proud that it went out serving its purpose.
All the best to you my friend and your family keep being positive and only move forward 👍🏾💪🏾
Thanks Brian
@@HazeOutdoors always a pleasure mate 👍🏾
Paul? No No, you No Paul, you is Haze!
Hi Hazey the patches turned up sweet as a nut cheers, just been watching another channel that I thought you might like a view of if and when you need cheering up "Passion and The Veins" 2 girls keeping the faith and smashing the old northern soul! brilliant videos, really fun. Bet you used to rock the old talcum powder back in the day :)
I liked the "leek in the ruck" joke.
LOL !!!
Great vid as always, gutted for you about the knife but all is not lost, it can be repurposed with a new grind, maybe a kukri style shape. I am sure it can be sorted for another good stint of service. Stay safe mate.
Ere, Hazy Bobs,
Very impressive tile work, even more impressive ( er ) star shot through the canopy . Keep the dream, M.

Red deer rutting late moo like a dying cow / can you burp the alphabet cos that’s what fallow deer rutting calls sound like ! Screech owl scared the piss out of me when I was younger ran like Forrest Gump ! Awesome channel massive respect keep strong brother 💪👍🪓
Much love brother 🥰
Bones, strange noises and a red light night shot, setup for a right horror there mate. Feel for you with the knife 🔪 fella, she's seen a he'll of a lot of action, i remember when you first showed her off many moons ago, the old famous argument of the bushcraft community, to batten or not to batten, Im a strong believer of to batten👍
Hmm off to Wales soon, are you going to be a guest on Im a celebrity 😉 🤣🤣
I am a bit obsessed with your videos which I religiously watch and appreciate. I have to say tho that I have been extremely fortunate to have had a dad and an ex-husband, Italian Alpine army, old school, wisdom and respect for the environment and tools, that when I moved over here 13 yrs ago I felt a bit discouraged by local men. You instead gave me back hope. So, thank you! Thank you for working and living "clean", for knowing how to use the tools, and for taking the time to watch the stars. Ciao! x
The front garden you did was gorgeous, especially the path.... I must be getting old, lusting after a tiled garden path 😂 Couldn't help laugh when you fell, it reminded me of Bob Mortimer.... Don't know if you've watched him on that fishing programme 🤣 RIP your knife mate.
You can turn that shape into a tracker knife, search the design, it would work perfectly
Best intro. Loved it.
The night sky and morning view of the forest were outstanding thank you
I've just watched with subtitles on and pissed myself at the words its thought you said 🤣 keep it up mate 💪
Hahaha
Nice bit work mate 👍struggle real with the graft the now

Brings back sad memories when my beloved esee 3 sacrificed itself in a crevice of no return on the beach...bless you model 3 for all your hard work.
You cannot beat falling asleep and waking up in a hammock! Big up DD!!
Love it another great video 🔪👍
Just in time for our early Friday pilsner and pizza! Beautiful tile work! Keep well, Hazey boy! 😉🇨🇦💜
Thanks for taking us with you. Stay well.
Awesome vid buddy... we have subscribed to you .. cheers Chris & Sam ...
Awesome work.
I got the amsteel softshackle, but when i got the weight tested henge hammocks carabineer, it's just far easier for hardly any extra weight :) I've always been paranoid about forgetting or losing the soft shackles and they are fiddly even if super light
