Week of peat 14 is my favorite affordable scotch (impossible to find anywhere that’s not price gouged to hell.) I’m delighted to see y’all do the 17. Damn near nobody on UA-cam has reviewed a week of peat 17!

I use to see the 14 yr peat week all the time and never tried it. Maybe I should look for the 17 yr, certainly a great price. I totally agree with Keith, regarding the 15 yr sherry casks started our strong and certainly got weaker. Great review

Interesting, I love the 14 yo but find it a bit pricey already, but after your review & despite some moderately enthousiastic comments on WB, I'm really curious to try it, Cheers !
What's your price on the 14? At about 100 here, it's a step over the 10 year stuff, but feels like a normal price step up. and yeah WB didn't have strong reviews. Seemed people didn't want it to be peated and didn't like the price. I don't know what they were expecting on either. Especially with the healthy ABV in terms of price.
Hi Dustin/Mike/Keith @@topshelfdustin3060 it s about 110 € now & I still think it is overpriced despite I like it a lot & will consider buying one if on offer...But not only the 17 yo WOP isn't currently available easily but when I see it (in auction only for now) the price asked for it is around 190 € so it is a no for me...
