@@smarthomestarter if everything works out with location, WiFi, and sync module, I will then look into solar charging panel for both so I don’t have to climb a ladder in the winter to change the batteries.
Blink says the batteries are good for 2 years. I wonder how being out in the elements effect that.
@@smarthomestarter yes it will be interesting to see. Cold temperatures definitely effect lifespan. I hope to adjust the settings to reduce random notifications due to cars,trees,flag movements.

My blink just keeps saying unable to join the wifi

My sync module won't connect to my wifi. It keeps giving me an error that my password is wrong which I know it is not, then the light stays a study red and I have to start over. This thing is a piece of crap
