You mention that you sometimes get military aircraft showing up. Actually, all military aircraft are shown, if their transponders are switched on, which they usually are.
A good balanced review. They all have pros and cons, so whichever suits your own use / interests is probably more important than which one is the best, but agree it's the question that's always going to be asked!
The items you point out as being available in 360Radar dont appear to function. The Weather overlays dont work, the Frequency info hasnt worked for 3 years or so and the NOTAMS doesnt work. This is from a contributor point of view. So when you showed the frequencies was that only for the paid for subscription service? Are you able to verify my findings. And do any of the others offer military radio frequencies? OH and what is the blurred map in the background ? Cheers ;-)
Use them all, but I really lean toward Planefinder. Love the graphics, especially the aircraft, airline’s liveries, spot on. I have noticed however that PF seems to be missing the 777 series, using the A330 in place of Boeing's giant twin.
In my flight had 2 pilots seated in front of me. The pilot was using an app and knew what altitude we were flying at, also knew when the aircraft was going to start the descent. Anyone know what app was that?
Only of this apps can informed the status of the flight the happened in the past. Let say , I would like to know if the flight is late or on time that was last week.
@@CharlieGolfAviation He has a point though. The music is distracting and really not necessary. Don’t know if you’ve stopped at this point, but for this specific video it’s a bit of an issue. Other than that, you’ve been informative which I appreciate. Personally though I use FlightRadar24 and haven’t felt the need to switch.

I'd guess SkyDemon or one of the other similar pilot navigation apps
