I had sung this song back in early April with the intent to post this video when I thought I had closure with, (ironically, actually) my childhood home. I wouldn't actually find closure until the house would be sold. I can contentedly say that several weeks later, it's finally time.
For those following my #twentytwentyme journey, my parents sold their house and I am gradually trying to find my boyfriend and I our own place, our own home out there "in the real world" somewhere.
perhaps when I finally do, I will sing this again when we get there.
For now, "someday I'll find my way home", I can't say I know the path yet.
