Bjorn this is the first comment I have made on one of your channels. But I would like to thank you for your wisdom, COMMON SENSE and calm manner. Don't let the controlling establishment shut you down. We very much need cool and collected thought in this time of unrest. Again thank you from one norse heathen to another.
The camp fire. The camp fire calms the mind and warms the body. The combination warms the sole (spirit) and allows us to be closer to our creator ( your choice). Being out in nature for several days allows us to re-set our emotions, etc. It's been to long since I was out in nature, and because of other factors, it will be a long time to come. Little VISUAL trips like this to places I've never been gives a few minutes of what I miss so much. Thank you. ;-)
Watching you and your son go out to camp together makes me feel so full of wonder and hope! As I sit here at home, on this fine rainy day, I wonder what the skies are like on your side! Peace and joy to you, and a cup of cocoa. 🎉
Thank you. We taught our sons to take their bearings before heading into the woods. I ran free in the woods, low and fast, climbed high into the trees. As a girl, my Dad did not worry, he knew I could find my way home. So our sons were out in woods on my husband's shoulders in a baby carrier at one month old.
It's midnight here in UK and I'm watching your video from 2 days ago I think it's such a beautiful place to camp and it's helping me to relax,I have a special place here in UK Cornwall called redsands it's an hour's hike from here on my hill and at the top of redsands old mining deposits I can stand and look right across the river Tamar the woods are broadleaf and pine and I've camped their many times alone and climbed down over redsands to the riverbank to set up camp amongst the wild garlic, the river is fast flowing and just listening to the sounds at night was so amazing and the beauty of being at one with the elements I spent 2 weeks wild camping by that river and hiking the woods and riverbank, their is no better way to be happy.loved your video overnighter and will watch the one I missed on saturday.thanks.martha on the hill in Cornwall UK.
I love the Stone Circles , wonderful to see Preserved as It is , Be Well my Friend , Strength , Honour and Respect to you , best Wishes to the Family .
Your son captures really good angles, and I love the drone work to show how beautiful it is there. Thank you for sharing. Watching these types of your videos is like a meditation for me. A lovely way to start my day, here in Burbank, CA. Have an amazing day!
I greatly enjoy these outdoor videos.. The places you camp and film in are so peaceful!! Only out in nature, places such as this one. do you find peace of mind and spiritual tranquility... Wish I could have been there!
Who cares what time it is. If you need to gather, Gather! If you need to eat, Eat! If you need to sleep, Sleep! As far as work is concerned........ bugger that!! (but currently, I know I have to do what I have to do, so...... I owe, I owe, so it's off to work I go! but I dream of the day I don't have too! ) As far as the circles are concerned. All the Hopes & Fears? More importantly........... All the DREAMS !! Always look on the positive side & the future! It's not all that bad & it's certainly what we make it (for each other & what ever that may me!) Stay well my friend!
Nature truly is beautiful, I went for a running session in the woods this evening before sunset and some deer speeded right by me, stopped and looked me in the eyes from a distance of like 10 meters for a good thirty seconds, it felt like I was looking into the eyes of a character, like a soul, not just some brainless deer. That sounds obvious but it gets visualized when it happens to you, there is nothing more impressive than nature and it's native animals, truly makes you feel one with nature.
What a beautiful land you live in Bjorn! And over the years when you’ve had the stone circles in your videos like this one, I can feel a sacred energy just watching! You can feel that these circles were and continue to be special, important and sacred. Thank You Kindly for sharing your beautiful experience! DaveyJO in Pennsylvania
Bushcraft tv - probably much more interesting than that box in the living room. Sure, I have a tv set - but I haven't any tuners or whatever for decades! I actually meant to visit that stone circle area last fall - but miscalculated the tine used to get down there. 'Twas starting to get darker, so I headed to those petroglyphs instead, to shoot some pics
Greetings , Hei from The Upper Peninsula of Michigan , a Buddhist my come back repeatedly , maybe a coral reef ! Me , I identify as Vanangians of Kievan Rus ! I’m one of 7.9 billion that make the wheels on the bus go round & round , round & round , and always learning ! Your a peaceful happy site , if feel like I’m there , looks like my country , just out the window
I enjoy these. This past December, I had a campfire and built a small stove from pink granite. It was in a canyon with a creek bed in it, but there had not been water there for many, many years. Anyway, a couple of the pink granite rocks I used exploded. It was quite a surprise! They just cracked apart. They did not fly apart in many pieces, but it was pretty loud when they did. The rocks were not worn river rocks from the creek bed, either.
I enjoyed visiting your campsite and hearing about the things you were doing. I have also made many granite wood stoves and never get bored watching nature’s TV.
What an Absolutely Beautiful Countryside. Love the outdoors smell of Pine, Woods, Grasses and all... Thanks A Million, once again, Bjorn for taking us along!
I have my personal gem nearby. A woodland with some good places. I have my one special place I visit every weekend and spend time there carving, observing, relaxing. And there are many places to discover left for me. Every weekend is my personal adventure. And it's only 15 minutes with my bicycle from home.
Hello Bjorn, I'm new subsriber to your channel. Thank you for this amazing trip. Beautifull country you live in with beautifull secrets. Great time.🤠✌️🇱🇹
A beautiful place, spectacular images made by the drone and the stone circles (which mark the passage of your ancestors and the encounters they held in the past) make this video one of the most beautiful you've produced. Congratulations on the video Bjorn, these images bring us all inspiration and peace.
Thank you Björn, its been a pleasure watching. So relaxing. Am living in Africa and camping is not that safe and risky. Unfortunately. You are blessed living in that beautiful country
Priceless & precious family / father-son time. Beautiful location - oh to have somewhere like that locally. The red sunray - portal??? The next time you go to those stone circles, count how many per circle. I counted 13 - significant number in certain secret cults.
You need to come to my area in Cumbria, Bjorn. We have the highest concentrations of stone circles and Neolithic art in England. Castlerigg stone circle nr Keswick is stunning with the mountain backdrop. My land is a short walk from Long Meg and the Druid's Circle.
I love this video - one of my most favorite of the videos you have produced! Great scenery & the stone circles at the thing site are magnificent! Thank you so much for sharing, Bjørn ! :)
Thanks for that bit of enlighten ment ...I've been trying to explain this to people .they were called grove's. I think they are a bit like stone henge....circling with other people....
Wonder how much the Lay Lines were influencing Norwegian Viking history and culture. Especially monuments located strategically on these lines with dimension and shape to create energy to power past civilizations
Interesting and relaxing video. When I have a campfire, I say we are watching American Indian TV. Stone circles are amazing. Are there any ticks? How about a video about how you deal with them? Thanks for the post.
Ah Bjorn. Please come to Southern Appalachia, USA. You would appreciate the sites unseen by most in GSMNP. Otherwise, appreciate your channels and ponderings.
West highland way is in scotland? I have two circles not to far from me, cissbury ring, and chanchtonbury ring. The have been there since neolithic times. Its abot 20 miles away. Used in the past for pagan festivals
If. You look into. The. Background of the flame of a. A. Fire. Where. The carbon build up. Is. You can see the. Sparks. Moving. Around. Looks like. They are following. Each. Other. My grandmother. Told me. It. Was. Like the hounds. Following. The. Fox. Try it some time.
I went through a stage where I became very angry that I couldn't get away from humans, no wilderness, planes in the sky tractors in the fields and the constant sound of cars just no escape.

Yes, the close to home ‘wildernesses’ are so valuable. I never get tired of going to mine, no matter where else I’ve been.
Thank you. We taught our sons to take their bearings before heading into the woods. I ran free in the woods, low and fast, climbed high into the trees. The stone circle field is fascinating. Thank for the history behind it.

Thank you Bjorn for these 17 minutes of pleasant escape from the chaotic insanity enveloping us all! Magnificent views; I needed this.

Nice Improvised Fire place you have there !😊
Nicely Done, Bjorn.
Nice idea for a stove. I will have to remember how to do that with simple rocks. Sometimes the simple solution is the easiest and best.
Yes, I absolutely agree. It doesn't cost anything, either.
Priceless & precious family / father-son time. Beautiful location - oh to have somewhere like that locally. The red sunray - portal???
The next time you go to those stone circles, count how many per circle. I counted 13 - significant number in certain secret cults.

Bjorn watching your video seeing orange paint on trees and rocks looks like markings for logging, let’s hope I’m wrong!
Nothing inappropriate or ideological to be found on bushcraft TV!
Ah Bjorn. Please come to Southern Appalachia, USA. You would appreciate the sites unseen by most in GSMNP. Otherwise, appreciate your channels and ponderings.
Flott video Bjørn
I’ll be going out for a well needed overnighter soon but this video will suffice very nicely until then
