Fast Green Pea and Ham Side Dish.

This simple yet tasty side dish comes together so quickly and is really budget friendly (unless you picked all of your own peas, that is...lol)
I used:
4 cups green frozen peas, thawed and drained
2 leeks, cleaned and chopped
1-2 T butter
1 T dried thyme leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dijon mustard
4-6 slices rosemary ham, diced or 1 cup cubed ham
I could eat this every time I make peas from the freezer but the carrots would get jealous...🤦‍♀️
