I also just remembered that I said I would go 4 times a week to the gym in my weight loss series so have amended my goal to that!

I'm so happy that you're making so many of your goals! I think that's such a good idea (to track goals) and I am going to try this myself. I'm so guilty of overcrowding my schedule and then falling off of schedule and being negative to myself about it, so I think I need to refocus on the positive and start tracking goals. And your comment about the gym (how you schedule three times rather than 4-5 so that you're more likely to achieve your goal) is so smart! I really need to start being more realistic about my goals. Perhaps you could create threads on your community page where your subscribers could also share their monthly goals, 'what I eat in a day' notes, etc. to coincide with your videos? Could help grow a stronger community, and strong communities help feed the algorithm! ❤

Sophie, I think you've surpassed your subscription goals already!! What are you spending your big earnings on this month? I need to see it, please feature on a future video! (Do you even still have a 25p piece, I thought you did "euros" now) Also... do you have a PO Box or other address you can share? Can we send presents or just an encouraging note sometimes? Promise not to show up on your doorstep, I am a mother of six in Kansas City, Missouri - it's a bit much of a trip lol. But since you like Taylor Swift so much maybe I can find something from the KC Chiefs you will like, that's our football team here. It's practically a state law that one must wear red every Friday during football season and blue for the Royals during baseball season, and the game must be discussed instead of the weather and "how are you" at the cash register/ when one passes on the sidewalk. I've lost 90 lbs on keto and carnivore. Dr. Tony Hampton has a great download on Keto. Where are your downloads on world building? Your video just came up on my feed. Always interested in how people lose weight.

I've been advised by my doctor to try low carb so I'll be eating lots of meat and veggies!
I think you had too many goals in your last video which to me was unrealistic. And I think starting with one day a week at the gym and building up over time would be better, but that's just me.... BABY STEPS! Good luck and I hope you have a good august with your life and fitness goals. I was walking in place while I watched this video, to get some steps in for my fitness goals :) My personal weight loss goal is to lose 4-6 pounds in August, by eating within in a suitable calorie range over each week (and by cutting out Walkers sensations lol )
