Class action lawsuit against rideshare apps that do not verify their riders the same way they verify drivers.
Can you do a video on the Uber/Hertz relationship? It’s a fucking scam and Uber is falsely advertising the terms of the rental on the app.

You have a lot of people who does not have a criminal background and still crazy. mental health is a real thing. I wish it was something that drivers could put in their car to divide them or separate them from the client.

Ironic that we as drivers have to have criminal background checks. These stories are why a large part of my rides I go to the airport...at least I know that at some point, the rider has been thru security

In downtown Los Angeles, I am almost daily driving passengers from halfway houses and mental facilities to another medical facility. Of course it is never apparent until the passenger gets in the car. Usually just decent folks with some problems and happy to drive them, but there is an occasional whacko having a psychotic break and vocalizing every thought in their head. That S#it is scary and happens nearly every week.
I believe that Lyft and Uber have done an analysis on how many passengers would be removed from the platform if they performed a criminal background check. They would probably lose too many paying passengers if they removed criminals. Their position is probably, cabs and buses don't do it, why should we. Let's keep the criminal passengers in the cars .
All she has to do is change her email and probably her payment and she’s back in a Uber
They remove them, later next day they’ll ask their family members to request an Uber/lyft for them. Or they’ll use a fake email and name to create a new one.

How about this one? I’m in the middle of a ride and a person cancels the ride Uber and Lyft should not allow the people to cancel the ride in the middle of a ride. It was a scary situation for me, but I was pretty smart about it I said I had to go to Dunkin’ Donuts to get a coffee so when I try to get out the car, the person said go through the drive-through. I said I need to use the bathroom, and I left the car and Dunkin’ Donuts the car and the guy got out and walked away

Criminal background checks need to be done on riders, not just for drivers. This is sad, smh. Uber/Lyft are not thinking or care about the safety of the drivers! 😤
Lyft.. Don't worry driver, we remove the rider from you so you wont have to take that ride again. That's the logic they give out, Lyft gives zero F's about us drivers.

Why is it that I personally have only had "less than desirable passengers" on Lyft ? Uber riders seem to be better. Also 5 star rating Lyft and 4.98 Uber 2700+ rides combined. So they also expect better(I usually don't talk much to female passengers unless they start a conversation or ask questions) but I only have one 1 star with the comment "Not polite" I always greet and thank with a have a nice day. Anyways Lyft riders have been super drunk, high, touched me ( face, arm, leg and worse) also smell (weed, pee human and cat and booze) Uber passengers cleaner.
Stop driving for uber
They always say the same things over and over , Uber/lyft , it's really a joke, because they cost them money they don't do anything about safety just like the professor says.
Safety is not their priority end of story it's been proven
