Right now you need to use the brook wingman or mod the HB to work with PS5 unfortunately. The PS5 HitBox will come out but there's no ETA at the moment unfortunately. I recommend getting one but it is quite bad timing for it to break now

I think you did incredibly well considering the limited time you had with the character and not having him played him in so long. Honestly it was just impressive to see. I do wonder if Lee's sidestep 3+4 to both right or left is still there and if mist step slide is actually not fuzzy duckable since even though it's faster, it's still 25 frames.

Natural b33 is HUGE... counting all the buffs and practicly zero nerfs, i think it's the easiest top 10 of my life. Btw, although i was meming about -6 with folks(mostly due to Akuma bs), i really think you are very good player. Looking forward to your Lee now. Keep it up!
It really is. An unseeable 15 frame low with decent range that does 21 damage. Lee was never one to have strong lows other than his slide, which used to do a total of 30. Now that it's nerfed to 20, this is his most damaging low now. None of his other lows do more than 20. The only downsides seems to be that it's heavily punishable if your opponent ducks it, which is to be expected of all low high strings, and that it's -1 on hit. Although I wonder if the -1 even is a downside for Lee, because he was always scary in -1 because of his counterhit options that are still alive in this game as well. If as SuperAkuma mentioned, this move is in fact plus on hit if transitioned in to mist step though... it's too good to be true lol
Can't wait to see where you take Lee, also excited to see you freed from the unfair "carried" statements by random people online. Can't imagine that was great for your mental. Fingers crossed for your 2024.
I've been thinking the slide change really isn't gonna be as bad as everyone thinks it's gonna be. It's less rewarding but also much less risky if you space it
idk if you know but the blue spark ff+2 has 2 frames less startup on the animation. Still on the slow side, but an 18 frame high is quite a bit better than a 20 frame high.

HMS 111 is kinda dead on release. If you think you can hit HMS 111 you can probably also hit HMS 2. So why ever use HMS 111? And if you are not sure you can alway so HMS 1,4 which is completely safe. I don't see any scenario in which hms 111 is useful. Also FF2 being underwheling makes sense..; it's a high + on block move, unless it launches on CH, there is no reason to use it compared to WR 3,4. Which is a mid + on block move.
Nah 1,1,1 is a big damage wallsplat, tracks to the side that HMS 2 doesn't and is confirmable. It's not the best move of all time but it's pretty good from what I've been able to test (which isn't much tbf)
I think the changes to Lee's strings are awesome. I just hope his execution/timing is easier in T8 than in T7. I've been learning him the past month, and damn I feel like I have to work way harder on this character than any other character I've tried to learn. And his combo damage is kinda depressing haha.

He's not easy but his difficulty is overrated. He's quite a fundamental based character so you can learn the game well with him and if the execution scares you, there's easier options than what's optimal in pretty much all situations

I think sidestep 3+4 has been removed and I think the slide will be good regardless, the mids he has to mix-up with are top notch 😁
