Serious question please - at 1:46 you say we can reset loops or pathways in our nervous system. My questions are 1) Can this be observed in any kind of scientific way? & 2) is this the only mechanism at work, or is this related to meridian lines or the Eastern concept of Qi?
Please do research on reflex arcs. This can be measured and is the same mechanism as a typical reflex test. TCM meridians have never been measured scientifically to my understanding.

Its interesting that you mentioned the neck and sacram because I hold tension in my neck and having issues on my left side of my sacram. Ive read that trauma stores in those areas. Does reflexology on the feet target those areas?

I too have the same issue. Neck and Sacram pain for the last two months.
