@@PLGooner I ended up buying a HM Aeron... Knockoff, lol. I grew up poor, so even though I make money now, I find it difficult to spend that kind of money on a chair. Hi! did you get chair? Im here to prevent you buying mirra, cause i'm 6'3 too and lumbar support is too low and supports only my ass, not lumbar, just like shit tier chairs O i saw you get aeron. Do it have same too low lumbar problem?
Been requesting a review on the Mirra 2 earlier. Glad you did this, and it looks like you're glad to? :) Been using the Mirra 2 for about 2 years now and i'm not considering any other chair at all. Soooo pleased with it. I'm about 6 feet 1 inches and 210 pounds and this chair is perfect.
Man my back is killing me right now, i have tried almost everything and your comment gives me hope as i have almost the same hight and weight as you. Ill definitely look into mirra.
Your take is spot on. I hated the Aeron at my office because the front would always dig into my thigh if I want any lower back support. Got this chair since covid hit and never looked back.
My first "good" computer chair was the Mirra 2, then I went on a journey to find an even better chair. Basically tried maybe 10-12 high end mesh chairs and ended up returning ALL OF THEM because none of them felt as good as the Mirra 2. I didn't like the Aeron either because it dug into my legs.
I have an ancient Mirra 1 with most options beside the butterfly back and forward tilt. I love this thing, the back is definitely the best thing about it. I was sus about the bare plastic back, but I find it perfectly fine, and now that I think of it, I think I prefer it that way just to avoid the rim around the edge of the butterfly back. The armpads look funky, but the shape has function, the forward slope keeps them level when leaning back. At this point I wouldn't consider replacing this with anything but another Mirra.
Your knee mobility looks much improved! Also, the lack of mic cables makes the video look much cleaner. The idea of the front of the seat pan being adjustable is interesting as the Aeron size B seat pans are not great for me even at around 6'
I must admit, my knowledge is somewhat recent and small on all this, but I have tried quite a few chairs recently. From the Leap V1 Highback, V2, Mirra 2, Haworth Very, Aeron B and C, to the Amia. I would say out of all of them, I think the Mirra 2 is "the best chair" I love the look, the feel, and even the armrests. Everything about the Mirra 2 is exactly what I want, the size is perfect for me. I even bought the exact same colorway you did. However, with my flat rear-end, I just slide right into that plastic frame and get the tailbone pain. Currently I have an Aeron Size B that causes no tailbone pain whatsoever, even after 8+ hours, but it's hard to recline in due to the back being smaller. I tried my father's size C chair, and that convinced me to throw up a trade offer for a fully loaded C on FB marketplace. The Aeron C is the closest thing I can get to a Mirra 2 without it being a Mirra 2, so far anyway.. Really I just wish I could have the seat of the Aeron Size B, with the back of a Size C or a Mirra 2, but tis only a dream. Edit: I also lucked into a Mirra 2 to use at work, but since I don't recline at the office, I don't have much issue tailbone wise.
Always appreciate your content man, love the reviews! I pulled the trigger and purchased one (using your link of course!). Keep up the awesome work dude, really wish we had office chair stores akin to like shoe or clothing stores where we could go in and test out a good variety of office chairs and ever tier. Maybe you something you could set up in the future eh? haha!
Hi! That video isn’t planned (but could add for the future!!), so here’s my quick take: the embody is a much more flexible chair, both in actual feel since it bends with you, and in terms of sitting bc it has soft edges everywhere. If you’re heavier (200lbs+), you may find yourself leaning back in an embody a bit more though bc it’s so flexible, whereas the mirra is much more of a rigid chair and keeps you upright. The embody is my favorite chair of all time bc of its flexibility and how it molds to your body. With the headrest coming out very soon from atlas headrest, the embody is the best chair imho. Hope this helps! If you decide to pick up (20-25% off sale now!), please consider using my links as it helps my channel a LOT and if you’re unsure, I always tell people to take advantage of the excellent return policy and buy both and return the one you don’t like!
@@Ahnestly thank you! That helps a ton! The vision of having the headrest is very appealing! I have some small neck issues, so I guess I have my answer! I would love to use the links you provide but I live in Poland, so they don't work :( it might be quite a challenge finding this chair here but ill figure something out. Thank you again for your quick response
I like the M2. I have the Logitech Embody for over 2yrs now and I work from home full-time. I spend 12+hrs per day 7 days a week and the Embody is super comfy. I often at times sit so long that I forget to go to break because I'm super comfy all the time. I have not tried any other HM chair except for the Gaming Sayl and it was comfy but not as comfy as the Embody. Overall, imo the Logitech Embody is the best chair money can buy. I recently had to use the 12yr warranty and the process was a pita because I had to ship the chair back to DWR to have my seat pan replaced. They no longer send techs out to your house. All repairs are being done at the factory which wasn't bad but it was a pita. Thanks.
I am a coder and I would long hours, and I don't like a chair that makes me feel like I am sliding off the seat. For the longest time I used a leather recliner and a lap desk with wireless keyboard and mouse and it spoiled me. I am looking for a new chair and I stumped on which direction to go. I just bought a Steelcase Think V2, but I am sending it back. I would love that Lounge Chair in your background! It looks perfect for me to code in!!
In the market for a chair, after sitting in the Mirra 2 for a bit I am starting to lean towards it. I am not 100% sure though if I'll hate the mesh after using an ergo chair for long hours. I am currently using some garbage chair and tend to slouch and create strain in my lower back often. It looks like that forward tilt feature and the seat pan adjustment would be extremely beneficial for me, but I'm still checking on other options.
Great looking chair with those colors. I was eying some used ones. However, I got a Herman Miller Celle fully loaded for a great price. It's discontinued so barely gets any mention anywhere, but I love it. Snap on fabric pads on the seat and back and the synchro tilt from high end models is smooth, quiet, awesome. I don't think I would like the Celle with without the fabric (not mesh) pads on both the seat and back, but the Mirra 2 looks like decent material for mesh lovers. Celle has a nice wide seat too, but I really like the adjustable waterfall on the Mirra. Luckily with the Celle I get 2-3 fingers between my legs with outermost depth setting (I'm 5'9). I would love to see a used market Celle video if you get an itch for it. Maybe you can help someone find a diamond in the rough like I feel I have. It's so quiet too except the arms creak just a little. It's also very upright and does the forward tilt which I use for tasking. Great vid btw.
Thanks for this review, I appreciate it. Question, do you think the lumbar support on the Mirra 2 goes up higher into the midback area then any of the lumbar options for the Aeron remastered (i.e posture fit/lumbar pad etc) ? I'm essentially after a chair that gives good pressure support higher up into the midback area (that's just how my spine likes it) and also allows a straight to more forwards back tilt. I found that Aeron remastered does go nice and forward in the back tilt, however the posture fit I tried was more focused on lower back pressure and didn't come up the back high enough where I like it. Appreciate any other recommendations you might have. Cheers
If you want mid back support, check out my Haworth Fern review. I think you'll like that chair a lot! And if you decide to pick up, please consider using my link! Helps the channel a lot!
Hiya, great review, thank you as I am going to buy one now. Cheers! Could you please tell me what chair that is in the background as I love it? Kindest regards from the UK.

I used to buy expensive racing chairs. Never justified these even more costly ones. Got my logitech embody last christmas. Could not be happier. Good review. (This chair is the only one I would consider a good alternative.)
What is the best sizing for me? I'm only 50mm taller but 19.5Kg less at 75cm waist, basically a medium height but skinny guy. I like a heavy chair but not huge wide.
Hello, thank you very much for your videos, I'm 6"1 and I have "heaviness" or even pain in my legs with the mirra2, Although I love this chair for everything else, I was wondering if the embody didn't was not too small at the seat level for me, because at the spec level it is not longer at the seat level
Thanks always for the reviews! I’m stuck between getting the aeron and the embody. Do you have any recommendations? I have tried them out for like 5 minutes. But would like to hear more about the long term experience if you can! Thanks
The Aeron was the first chair that solved my back issues (pain in lower and mid-upper back). I still love that chair very much and appreciate it so much more after reviewing budget mesh chairs. When I sat on the Embody, I felt like it was the end-game chair. I still think it's the best chair 2 years now in. EVery time I sit in my Aeron, I'm always like dang, I miss this, but I do find my legs getting a bit numb after long periods. Oh, if you want more padding, get the gaming version of the Embody. Hope this helps and if you decide to pick up, please consider using my link! Helps the channel a LOT!
Definitely a tough choice. You will likely love either choice. I personally went with the gaming embody over the aeron. As Dan said the aeron fixed his back issues, the embody did the same for me. I was so amazed. Another plus of the embody is that I feel you can lounge or cross your legs a bit better in it since the edges aren't hard.
@@Ahnestly wow thanks for the reply! I guess I’m leaning more towards the embody. How is it holding up in terms of the fabric compared to the mesh? I would love to use your code but I’m not in the US. What I can and will do it leave a like :)
Just asking, what can a mint used 2020 Herman Miller Aeron largest seat size go for with leather arms, aluminum legs, the better lumbar option, and hardwood caster options in tow? I have one to sell. I’m going for a Leap V2, Amia, or Fern now, due to the seat hitting my legs the wrong way as I’m heavy and bigger.

HM customer service is fantastic, I tried to cancel an order before it shipped (accidentally not going through the proper 'cancel order' portal) and the reps canceled and refunded me within 2 days, no hassle. It almost made me feel bad for not shopping with them.
The HM Embody and the Haworth Fern are my go-tos. Embody is #1, Fern is a close #2! Here's my comparison of the 2! ua-cam.com/video/qtQ1cFeIicY/v-deo.html
Sounds like a nice chair, but that hard edge makes me think I should wait for the Steelcase Karman, I often sit in non standard positions. Now if they would stop delaying it and actually release it... And I guess that it also doesn't feature a bunch of poor implementations.
I placed an order for a classic Aeron size B fully loaded (refurb, £650) and I'm so torn... I'm 6'2 220lbs. I can get a Mirra 2 fully loaded also refurb for £550. Will the Mirra 2 be more suited to my size?
It was the first ever HM chair I ever tried, and it was almost the perfect chair for me. Unfortunately, the seat mesh wasn't as flexible, and it eventually started to give me some leg pain. I stopped getting leg pain after setting it correctly, however the seat width and depth felt a bit too small for me. I ended up switching to the Aeron size c, and the difference in the flexibility of the mesh was significant. The Mirra 2 is still a really underrated chair, and definitely a lot less polarising than the Aeron.
@BreathOfDust I can't comment about the prices of these HM chairs in the USA, but over here in the UK, the Mirra 2 cost me £900 and the Aeron cost me £1100.
Love your honest reviews! Can you please do an extensive comparison between the Aeron and the Mirra 2? I’ve been looking everywhere for a good video but can’t seem to find a quality one like your other comparison videos.😢 I’m 5’5” and weigh about 55kg. I’m also a programmer and would usually spend about 12 hours (at least) in a day on a chair. Would like to purchase one from HM to try but unfortunately we don’t have the free return policy here in Australia. Which one would you recommend? Many people from Reddit have love hate relationships with the Aeron but haven’t really seen any bad reviews of the Mirra 2. Thanks!
@@oboswo hey! I ended up with the Aeron. The back of the Mirra isn’t as comfortable imo compared to the Aeron even with the butterfly mesh. Hope that helps.
I agree with this. Mirra 2 offers a little more freedom in terms of the backrest, but the hard plastic back can be less comfortable for folks (it’s usually the seat that is a dealbreaker on the Aeron, not the backrest!)
I actually just purchased an aeron remastered. I tried out the Mirra 2 and that thing you mentioned about being able to feel the back of the seat when you reclined was a huge turn off. I dont understand how they managed to do that on the mirra but i didnt notice it on the aeron.
I guess it depends on your butt shape and size, because I never experienced any issues when reclining in the Mirra 2. I did however switch to the Aeron remastered for other reasons.
@@StardustLegacyFighter I'm struggling between Mirra 2 and Aeron (i'm buying it blind). Why did you desided to switch to Aeron from M2? Please let me know ,thanks
@zhandostulenbayev3928 I ended up switching from the Mirra 2 to the Aeron because I was experiencing some pain around my thighs. I suspect this was because of the Mirra 2's mesh not being flexible and comfortable enough for me. As you say that you're planning on buying one of these models without testing them out first, I'd personally say that the Aeron is a safer bet, but you need to be absolutely sure that you're someone that likes mesh, as it can be very polarising.
Thank you very much for the good content and review. I really need your advice. Last year I bought 2 mid range chairs from Every and Loeffler but they were very uncomfortable and hence returned. Aggressive lumbar, bad seat and … so I decided to spend more. Haworth and Steelcase offer poor warranty in Europe and I've heard a lot of bad comments about the Haworth's quality control in Europe. I simply cannot settle down for a s***ty warranty, when paying for a high end chair. That leaves HM as the only reputable brand with 12 year warranty in Europe. There are a lot of complains about those 2 hard nodes at the back of the Embody, which you mentioned in one of your reviews as well. What would you say for the comparison between Aeron and Mirra 2?
I'm trying to buy a new chair. The forward tilt on this chair is really nice to relieve some pressure on the back of my legs but the tailbone issue you mentioned is deterring me from buying it...still looking. Any tips? Forward tilt is super important to me because it seems like every chair I've ever sat in digs into the back of my thighs more than I would like cutting off circulation. Mesh or padding doesn't matter to me but I think padding may be nicer because I like to sit how your wife does cross legged and I think all meshes seem to have a hard rim which disables that. I'm kind of leaning toward the Steelcase Gesture because it has a big ass seat and you said it doesn't feel like a plastic plate when bottoming out but I'm not sure.
Hey! The gesture doesn’t have a tilt forward. I think the chair options you have are the HM Sayl, the Haworth Fern, the Haworth Zody, and the Haworth Soji are all in line with what you’re looking for! I have reviews on each, but my favorite of the bunch is the Haworth fern! I like the other chairs too, but the Fern is the most premium of all of them!
@@Ahnestly I've been watching all the videos lol thanks for everything. The Hayworth Fern and Steelcase Amia look great tbh. The Amia is really appealing but it doesn't seem to have the forward tilt :( I actually don't really care for arms on my chairs at all, might be odd dunno, but the Amia actually has the option to remove the arms and knocks off $200. I've had chairs in the past and just removed the arms myself. I wish the Fern had the option to remove the arms to save some money. Thanks for the videos again.
@@Ahnestly I got my Fern in the mail. It's INCREDIBLE lol. I've sat in dozens of chairs and nothing really does compare. My computer chair is more comfy than my sofa at this point...
Chair it self is great except current issue. After around year and half the plastic behind mesh have cracks. Waiting for repair 23 day so far. I expected more from HM.
I was looking to buy an Haworth Fern but your comment about inclined backrest is kind of a turnoff. I’m working in my chair so It’s important to me. Now I hesitate to invest more in an aeron or a mira or to save money and take the fern 😭😂 Nice video
@@StardustLegacyFighter Wasn't even aware of the brands. When I finally took the decision I needed to pay 1,600 for a chair. HM was a brand many friends told me about So I started a 20 hours research reading and listenging to different HM chairs. Many case scenarios and so forth. Was initially between Mirra 2 and Aeron...when I arrived at the store and felt Mirra 2 wasn't for me, and there was another called Embody. So that started ANOTHER 15 hour research comparing Aeron and Embody. Really didn't notice there were other brands. Now...don't get me wrong, the Embody is a great chair. Just noticed Fern's cushion was more comfortable and the armreset could be set a bit higher. HOWEVER they are a bit more far apart (maybe the version I tried didn't have adjustable arms). ALSO CONSIDER...don't think Embody/Fern because are more expensive are better chairs for your body. Mirra 2 is a solid chair, and of course Aeron. You have to try them out for 2 hours each to really test them. Let your back, thighs and legs make the decision
@freedonx Ah I see, I was fortunate enough to know about Steelcase and Haworth, thanks to coming across Ahnestly and also BTOD via UA-cam. For me, knowing about these other brands didn't make any difference, since Steelcase reduced their warranty to 5 years in the EMEA, and Haworth has very limited chairs available here in the UK. I tried the Mirra 2 first, since it's a chair I got to try out at my friend's office, and I had a great first impression of it. Unfortunately, once I got my own Mirra 2, the seat pan wasn't large enough, and I experienced quite a bit of thigh pain. So I decided to swap it for the Aeron remastered size c, and that ended up being the best decision for me.
Fern for max comfort and plushier lumbar (if you opt for lumbar upgrade!). Sale for haworth starts tomorrow, so wait til then and please consider using my link if you decide to pick up! Helps the channel a lot!!!
@@Ahnestly thx for the help bro , i can also get the steelcase gesture for almost the same price do u recommend it over the firm (i dont like chairs with strong or aggressive lumbar support)
I think the fern without lumbar is better than the gesture, but the gesture is also a solid option. The main issue with Fern is if you are tall or have long legs, you can feel the gap if you extend the seat out. The gesture you won’t feel it at all, but the seat pad bottoms out if you’re heavy.
Steelcase is currently on sale til the 5th. My recommendation - order both and return the one you don’t like! (Please consider using my links for both, even if you return - helps the channel a lot!)
Mirra 2 is better than Aeron and Embody in my opinion. It has the best sacral support and adjustability in any HM chair, at an amazing price. 10/10 would recommand
I own both Aeron and Embody and bought my mom a Mirra 2, I'm going to say the Mirra is similar yet different than the Aeron. Similar that it has many same great features, yet different that it feels different. One is not better than the other. I'm 1.83m/115kg (6'0/250lbs), the Mirra 2 was a slight lower than my needs. If you try the Mirra and like it, then go for that one. Can't go wrong.
@@danielekirylo Embody is NOT intended for warm environments. For example 27degrees C (80 F). That's why in my room I have the Aeron and Embody at the office.
My room gets to be around 80 as well in the dead of summer and I find it better than most chairs that are pleather and regular fabric. But if you want absolutely breathability, yeah the aeron or m2 and now the Karman are the way to go. I’m REALLY digging the Karman
I live in Switzerland so not a very warm country, but it is getting warmer 🙂.. I currently have a secrelab Titan with synt (fake) leather, but have issues with the seat building up heat and getting things sweaty underneath. So now I want a comfy chair, but one that does not build heat like my current chair. I am not a big fan of the mesh chairs in terms of comfort, the ones I tried always annoyed me after a while for the metal edges, but haven't tried a HM chair yet, so not sure if those are better. I would buy an embody immediately if not for my doubts of heat build up. Btw your reviews are the best I could find on YT!
Personally as a tall guy I never had a problem with the plastic in the lower back and hip. In fact I found it to be one of the few chairs to give me support without pressing my L1 because it gave away to my back and flexes. Unfortunately as an 6'2" guy, I found out that I am too wide for the seat and found that the seat front edge digs into my quads. I found that the front edge curves way too quickly. I wish they made an XL version where it would be about 2 inches wider. If it was like that I think I would of kept it forever. Compared to the Embody the Mirra 2 is massively better for the back but I wish it had the seat size but the same mesh so you could shift around as I find myself doing in a chair. I tried the Embody as well and it was that hard plastic in the hip area of the back and the mesh like seat that doesn't stretch as well as pure mesh
@matheusdasilvaprimo5870 are you in the USA? If so, just get it and return it if you don’t like it. They have an excellent return policy! Can’t know until you try! And please consider using my links, it helps the channel a LOT!
@@matheusdasilvaprimo5870 If you have a fairly normal weight for your height I'd highly recommend picking one up. Only reason why it didn't work for me is because when I normally sit my legs go bow outwards slightly and it was putting pressure on my thighs as they hit the seat frame. If you are similar to me in being 6"2" and 250 pounds then the Cosm is the better choice despite the higher cost. The entire chair is about 2 inches wider in the seat and back. I feel no pressure at all at my tailbone in it. This was true for the Mirra 2 as well but the thigh pressure ruined it for me as it wasn't comfortable in that area. But the Mirra 2 plastic back was heaven to me. It just gives away without pushing back and I didn't need any lumbar support as my tailbone area there doesn't respond kindly to any pressure. It basically acted just like mesh to me. That plastic isn't like those cheap stiff plastic lawn chairs.
HM has an excellent return policy, so check it out and you always have that option! As always, if you pick up, please consider using my link as it helps my channel a LOT!
I have been in Grand Rapids recently more times than I ever wanted to be, for those that don't know that's the home of Herman Miller, Steelcase etc etc, and have been at a lot of executives and architects homes and gotten to sit in a lot of different chairs and I have to say the Mirra is way way better than that Aeron junk. I also saw a green Eames chair in palisander and my god was that thing gorgeous. After sitting in the Eames many times now it is growing on me. Everyone is going crazy for the Eames Alexander Girard, I wasn't in love with it and didn't like how the material felt.
@@StardustLegacyFighter it’s a joke from another one of his videos where it had women trying different chairs. Every one with the weight listed said “You tryna kill me??”
don't buy H&M unless you can try them (plot twist : you can't) : they are fragile (my mirra 2 broke after 4 months : the triflex thing started to crack) and awfully uncomfortable (your leg will hurt if you are a bit bigger than average and the plastic frame will prevent you from speading your legs freely). I switched to a lesser known brand and I had so much more value for the money

Maybe you something you could set up in the future eh? haha!
8:06 Isn’t scooching all the way back in the chair the proper ergonomic positioning?
Nope, you're not supposed to have full contact with the backrest.
You're only ever meant to do that when leaning back to recline or stretch.
got this one 2 years ago and I love it, still waiting on headrest news though 😓
Glad to see you have your affiliate relationship back with Herman Miller.
Thanks for the video Ahn, let's hope for black friday discounts this year!
I’m so glad I found your channel! I love your videos. Could you do a comparison between Mirra 2 and Embody? 🙏
Thanks.
I was thinking about the embody but my doubt is the seat breathability. Do you get warm sitting many hours in it? that is my only concern.
Never. I legitimately don’t and I sit for long hours. I do normally get hot in a lot of other chairs!

@@danielekirylo - It ran a bit hot.
@@andrewbrowne4050 - I enjoy the chair, but the Aeron is better.
I doubt you could use it for coding. It's too low to the ground.

Celle was such a solid chair, I can't believe they discontinued it whilst keeping the Lino and Verus. 🤦♀️
Thank you for your Videos. Bought myself an used Embody this week :D
Hesitating between the Mira2 and the embody but the way bright colors can be darkened got me ;/ thanks for your output tho !
Can this chair adjust the height?😮
Yes!
Definitely Herman Millers most comfortable chair.

Cheers

Hello, thank you very much for your videos, I'm 6"1 and I have "heaviness" or even pain in my legs with the mirra2, Although I love this chair for everything else, I was wondering if the embody didn't was not too small at the seat level for me, because at the spec level it is not longer at the seat level
Embody causes same issues. I sold mine cause of this but loved everything else
Thanks always for the reviews! I’m stuck between getting the aeron and the embody. Do you have any recommendations? I have tried them out for like 5 minutes. But would like to hear more about the long term experience if you can! Thanks
I own both, you need to try them for a couple of hours. Both are different. I prefer the Embody because it hugs my upper back in a better way
The Aeron was the first chair that solved my back issues (pain in lower and mid-upper back).
@@freedonx thanks! I have tried both out for a few minutes but I feel like both are comfortable chairs.

What is this georgous chair in the left ?
Nice! I like the adjustable lip! Are there any other chairs that have an adjustable lip?
The only other I know of is the Herman miller embody. Most other chairs have the seat pan move forward and back
Yeah, just as Dan said, the Mirra 2 and Embody are the only chairs in the world to use this kind of seat extension technology.
Are fabric seats really not as comfortable as mesh?
My tech jobs has spoiled me with good chairs, Mirra 2, Aeron size C, Haworth Fern by far the most comfortable chairs I’ve sat in at 6’3.

Did you test aeron B? I am 184 cm 92 kg (190lbs i think) and I think C would fit me better
Is the Aeron smaller and less comfortable for bigger people?
It was the first ever HM chair I ever tried, and it was almost the perfect chair for me.
Unfortunately, the seat mesh wasn't as flexible, and it eventually started to give me some leg pain.
I stopped getting leg pain after setting it correctly, however the seat width and depth felt a bit too small for me.
I ended up switching to the Aeron size c, and the difference in the flexibility of the mesh was significant.
The Mirra 2 is still a really underrated chair, and definitely a lot less polarising than the Aeron.
Yeah just $2000 no biggy
What height and weight are you?
@BreathOfDust I can't comment about the prices of these HM chairs in the USA, but over here in the UK, the Mirra 2 cost me £900 and the Aeron cost me £1100.
Love your honest reviews! Can you please do an extensive comparison between the Aeron and the Mirra 2? I’ve been looking everywhere for a good video but can’t seem to find a quality one like your other comparison videos.😢
I’m 5’5” and weigh about 55kg.
Thanks!
Hello mate, which chair did you end up buying? I'm on the same situation as yours hahaha
@@StardustLegacyFighter Thank you for your detailed answer sir. I just ordered the Aeron
@@StardustLegacyFighter I've got my Aeron 3 days ago and feels perfect and comfy for my working and gaming sessions. Thank you for your advise sir
I think the lumbar is milder on both the mirra and Aeron chairs. The mirra is more open of a chair and the Aeron feels more snug. Hope this helps!
@@Ahnestly Many thanks for the quick response and your help
The 2 other chairs always in frame can be a bit distracting 😅 but this chair looks godly
The Amia is really appealing but it doesn't seem to have the forward tilt :(
I actually don't really care for arms on my chairs at all, might be odd dunno, but the Amia actually has the option to remove the arms and knocks off $200. I've had chairs in the past and just removed the arms myself. I wish the Fern had the option to remove the arms to save some money.

to make your decision even worse....I've own the Embody for 7 months now...tested a Fern for 20min and felt it was more comfortable right away!
@@freedonx Damn, were you not able to try the Fern out earlier on?
@@StardustLegacyFighter Wasn't even aware of the brands. When I finally took the decision I needed to pay 1,600 for a chair. HM was a brand many friends told me about
So I started a 20 hours research reading and listenging to different HM chairs.
Man I wish I had the budget for this chair haha I went for the ikea styerpel 😁
You gotta make your way up the ladder, lol.
I'm sure one day you'll be able to easily afford a chair like this.

I think the fern without lumbar is better than the gesture, but the gesture is also a solid option. The main issue with Fern is if you are tall or have long legs, you can feel the gap if you extend the seat out. The gesture you won’t feel it at all, but the seat pad bottoms out if you’re heavy.

If you had to chose one, between the 3 which one would you go for? I have a doubt with the embody seat not being breathable enough.
If you want maximum breathability, wait for my steelcase Karman review. Should release next Friday and all the sales will still be going on!

What is your weight? I’m the same height as you and my back is killing me so i was wondering if this is a good choice for me.

After sitting in the Eames many times now it is growing on me. don't buy H&M unless you can try them (plot twist : you can't) : they are fragile (my mirra 2 broke after 4 months : the triflex thing started to crack) and awfully uncomfortable (your leg will hurt if you are a bit bigger than average and the plastic frame will prevent you from speading your legs freely). I switched to a lesser known brand and I had so much more value for the money
You can try HM! They offer a 14 day free return period.
no bias... lmfao
Those are hamstrings lmao
