The technique is to dodge into it, i can't remember if ypu need to dodge left side into it or right side into it but it's possible
you can dodge it by just crouching :)
slight wait and you roll forward once, there are a lot of ways to dodge this; imo the one I'm doing is the easiest/most consistent
