@@DrumScriptions sorry for delay reply. I think for other instruments it would work. Drums it almost throws it off. I may not be right and I can’t explain honestly. I come from Drum corp so fast hard rudiments and music is usually fast tempo. There’s something about the yellow dot throws my brain off. I wish I explained better! Of all apps my fav to follow is songster. Keep in mind I’m reading not so much learning. The track is epic and I learned it with a pad of papers and pen. But I’m old “school” have a drummer check out the app. Maybe it’s just the colour??
Ok, before you try to play this song on the drums, even though it is a great song to learn, don't do this song if you're even a little bit of a beginner. this song is considered in the 6th grade for trinity college drums, so good chance you might just waste your time doing this. If you are an early beginner try songs like uptown funk, beat it or another one bites the dust. If you are a level higher than that, go for almost any ac/dc (band) song. A level higher than that try doing some songs like hey Jude, here comes the sun or come together by the Beatles. If you can do all those songs then only try songs by Metallica, and by guns n' roses maybe. After reaching that level the hardest songs you can do would be 'war pigs' by black sabbath or 'the trooper' by iron maiden
I really disagree with this. It’s quite a simple song, it’s all straight quavers, no syncopation, and all the fills are just quavers and semiquavers. Nothing in the song is really any more difficult than uptown funk. Here Comes the Sun is honestly on the same level as The Trooper as well. You don’t need fast bass or singles like you do with the Iron Maiden song, but filling through the mid section where the time signature changes every bar isn’t the easiest. It’d be fine if you just played a beat through it though

Not to complain (thank you for these!) but I find the movement with yellow dot harder to follow placement than a continual marker.
Thanks for the feedback! In my mind yellow dot should help if you'll get lost, so you can find from which moment you can continue.
