I think the “problem” I think with Amanda is that her energy is more akin to a host, or a guest, not sharing it on a panel. She has strong opinions and likes to express them. So I’m moments where she is not actively speaking she is probably just thinking about the next thing that she wants to say which reads as not being interested. I think she needs to have her own podcast or web show where she can take the lead and do what she wants.
Or she can listen to her friend and the details and not interrupt the story. Why is she obligated to jump in and be animated but then when she is people say she’s talking too much and no one wants to hear her. I’m so tired of Amanda always looking so bored, when the rest of the host’s express something very emotional. She did the same thing when Loni talked about her weight loss journey. I think the “problem” I think with Amanda is that her energy is more akin to a host, or a guest, not sharing it on a panel. She has strong opinions and likes to express them.
