I have a failing business I inherited right before anyone heard of covid. I own a house that has been robbed and stripped of all the electrical wire, ac, refrigerator, sinks, even the chain link fence around the front. I have the court trying to charge me with a speeding ticket where the video shows me not speeding. I need to set this up asap so that I can protect what little I have left please.

@@diamondscloudznizcream9839 well my plan is to sell it, but I can't fix it up at the moment because there's a criminal who steals everything before it gets fixed up. There's a guy next to me trying to do the same thing and he just gave up I think...
I mean I'll sell it for a good price but as soon as soon as the police or military within a mile actually start doing their job then I can fix my house up and get it insured, fix it up nicely and sell it for a much larger profit, but if I get a good offer I might be willing.
@12:45 why have the trust put a lien on the business in lieu of just placing it in the trust to begin with?
This isn't a Business Trust this is a statutory trust....
Why do you say its a staturoty trust vs biz trust... I'd like to learn more so any info would be appreciated. thank you 🙂

If you own assets in your own name and get sequestered, you can no longer be a trustee in your various trusts, losing all control
