I have few Dell R730 servers i recently aquired, but i have no HTTPS option, only HTTP option in the Firmware upate menu, which will not work, what do i do??

Ipdate the idrac manually? Maybe newer versions has https option. After that you can update the rest like in the video.
update the Lifecycle controller manually, after the update it will show you the HTTPS option
What happens if your DHCP server is on your VM's on server you are trying to do mass updates on? :)
