That surface is totally flat. You're really screwed on inclines and windy weather.

You have to not lean forward which is the hardest part. A slight lean is ok but you want to keep from actually being humped over. I live in Minnesota, this works for us

But at about 1:16, didn't he say "yeah, that's not working at all"? So does it work. I always pretend to be ice skating, and that usually works fine for me. I guess we have to figure out what works best for us. Unfortunately, we often don't know that until it's too late.

If one doesn't have a ski pole, a nail in the tip of a broom handle might help.
If one doesn't have cleats for their shoes, duct taping forks sometimes helps with traction.

@@TheDarkDresseryes it Really works somebody that I workt with told me about this I laught when she said it.
She said if you Put socks over your shoes in snowy weather or icy weather it's the bests Grip you will get even works on solid ice when it's frozen hard.
So I gave it a try I could not believe how well it workt it's like I was walking like their was nothing on the Pavements.
It even works on frozen solid ice which is impossible to walk on unless your holding onto a fence or someone. So I decided to read up about wearing socks over the shoes in snowy weather apparently People have been doing this for years.
Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
