Take note of when Dangote said when he wanted to get an APC contractor, they offered him deals that did not make sense. So he and his team created their own APC contractors. May our leaders learn and know when to turn down deals that make no sense amen. Even in the US, the White House is open to economic advicers. Our African leaders should have business people like Dangote look at the contracts that they sign for their countries before you pen these contracts or take loans.

If the government helps and it leads to a self-sufficient Nation or continent, what's the deal? If it leads to massive job opportunities and reduce imports.
