Last year according to independent surveys 85% of Belgorod approved of the SMO. Then Ukraine shelled the city for 6 hours. Support dropped to 25%. I think that's indicative. Once the average Russian has bombs falling on his head 75% will turn on Putin.
It's like Kirk says to the two planets at war for centuries. They've made war easy and comfortable, it barely inconveniences them. But once they realise that war means horror and death they will do everything to end it.
I have been convinced for a long time that the way to defend Ukraine now with the stalemate is attacking Russia. I'm so happy they did it.
@@221b-l3t I agree on all counts. It's just I think we tend to get a little carried away when we look at a population suffering under a despotic leader and think that's it, he's done for, the people won't stand for it. Generally they do for way longer than seems reasonable. It's not the easiest thing in the world to depose a head of state, and most people will take more bitterness even than the Russian people are taking now and swallow it before you get to the point of a popular uprising.
Stay away from windows and balconies Putin.
We are not realising the scale of what is happening

Big Bad Russian bear turned out to be a little wimp like boo boo bear stealing pic a nic baskets. Hey Hey boo boo.
But at least those billionaires still have their yachts and mansions, right? I mean, that's where all the money went that would have made the Russian Army formidable instead of incompetent.

Russia needs to request a meeting for peace. They started the war. Most of Russian troops will be around Moscow.

I think we need to remember that during Operation Barbarossa the Soviets fell back to within the gates of Moscow. 4 years later their flag waved over the Reichstag in Berlin.

Russia really gonna panic when the Crimea bridge goes down
They thought Ukraine was not their peer. Well they were wrong.
No, actually they were right. Ukraine is much better than Russia they’re fighting for is better they conduct they conduct war according to the Geneva convention they don’t torture or murdered their prisoners, but give humanitarian aid Russians or barbarians.
That 5-motor VTOL drone at 2:45 is a very nice piece of kit! Designed and built in UA I assume.
I am amazed to hear Prof Clarke remark that ruzzia's war is being "conducted", which implies that there is a conductor in charge of the enterprise. Even in the Kursk buffer zone, there appear to be at least three conductors wrestling each other for the baton. Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦 from 🇦🇺

The purpose is to take the war to the enemy. The usa bombed Tokyo in the early moknths of the war. Minimal damage but phycologicaly is pricless.
This was quite a good interview and video. No intro 👌

Russia and Ukraine have enormous land mass. This war can feel very far away in both countries. It is physically and psychologically distant for the Russians.
They will deal it economically
The people in Europe communicate quite well with each other here in Arizona i work with Uzbekistans, Kazakhstan, and Russians. They talk to their families at home every day. I just realized they're all draft age. Hmm.

Might be time for a Kursk plebiscite to see if they want to leave Russia and join Ukraine ?
Putin said he wanted a "buffer zone" with NATO. I think its time we give him what he asked for, out of the entirety of western Russia.
The people who had stayed behind in Kursk oblast de facto voted for becoming Ukraine's.
Didn't get picked up on radar because they are light and slow moving? Ahh that not how radar works.
I am from Moscow, for 2.5 years drones have often flown to our region but always got shot down, drones have flown to Moscow twice, once to the Kremlin, once to Moscow City. Today they were all shot down somewhere in the Podolsk area (southern direction). At the same time, this morning Putin opened a new hospital in the Moscow region (western direction), and in the afternoon he met with the Chinese Chairman of the State Council in the Kremlin. Although I do not like Putin, your desire to scare someone here causes nothing but laughter.
That you think this is funny says it all
It’s a very sad situation. The poor people on both sides are suffering. I always thought Putin would ensure the safety of the population but he’s failed at that terribly. Praying that you stay safe
Will they still laugh when Putin goes kaput?
Haha I still remember Putin thought it would be military operation that lasts a few weeks 😂😂
Fly in Russia (increasingly dangerous) or evade the drones. Winning? 🏆 Not
The so called early warning system for nukes couldnt even pick up a couple drones until they reached the capital😂
Nukes come from space, drones fly low and are small. Nukes come in like a meteor at 9 km per second. They will be blindingly obvious. A little drone not so much. It's a completely different task.
