Are you trolling? The Batwoman figures are clearly different, don't understand how you're even saying that... The Mattel DC figures are constructed differently for a start they use hard plastic bodies so they can't just share parts anyway. As others have said her torso looks to be the KF Catwoman's. The hair couldn't be anymore different, I don't know how you expect anyone to look at the pictures and say they are the same pieces, same with rhe symbol the McFarlane one is raised, the belts are clearly different, with different sculpted details and buckles.
Also... how can he confuse Kate Kane with Orphan (Cassie Cain)?

Nah, there's no reason to doubt it, that's exactly what those batarangs are supposed to represent. I don't know why so many people haven't figured it out when it's so clear lol.

Lol, nobody at McFarlane called anyone at Mattel and retrieved "blueprints." Their CAD engineers simply observed a model, be it Mattel's figure, a comic or an artist's rendering, and created 3D drawings from that, from which eventually tooling machines were manufactured. That was a fun fan theory though.
The Batwoman that comes in this 3-pack is clearly a completely different sculpt to the Mattel one and I dont even believe Mcfarlane would legally be able to use a Mattel sculpt. Besides the thigh swivel the Batwoman has the same type of articulation as all other Mcfarlane figures which is completely different to Mattel.
It’s an Amazon exclusive. It doesnt require a windowed box because it’s online only so youll know exactly what youre getting without a windowed box. Most of these types of releases are this way. There’s nothing to see here.

The batarang looks more like its supposed to look like it was in clayface. Not a worn look. Also this doesnt look very close to that mattel one at all. Details you showed as being almost 1:1 look so different from eachother. All it is, is just similar designs

The Mattel one was on a basic blank female body that they painted. this McFarlane one actually looks like a lot of KnightFall Catwoman reuse. the "thigh swivel" is just what's left of her thigh-high boots. I don't mind McFarlane reusing parts here and there, but they really need to work on INTELLIGENT reuse. Batwoman still looks ok tho.
Respectfully, I don’t think your theory about Mattel and McFarlane Making any kind of deals for 3-D print, renderings or Anything of that nature holds any water. I mean, when you come right down to it, the Batwoman design is kind of simplistic. I don’t see why McFarlane would feel the need to buy Mattel’s actual 3-D plans on such a simple figure. Even the chest emblem is just reuse of the one from Batman beyond.
Also, dont mean to sound mean @DarkSpiderDavid, but holy crap my man - its a figure BASED OFF A COMIC. Bat-woman looks like the Bat-woman comic in DC Rebirth, not a figure also based on her comic art from DC Rebirth.... The comic art literally exists.
Just Google a picture of Kate Kane (not Cassandra) from DC Rebirth. These figures share bat symbols, bat belts, and her hair because its WHAT SHE LOOKED LIKE.
That's Kate Kane (Batwoman). Cassandra Cain (unrelated to Kate) is Batgirl and has black hair.
Not only the batwoman doesn't like anything like the mattel figure, you can easily google batwoman comic and see PLENTY of images of her having long hair like the mcfarlanefigure does

The packaging is blank because it’s an Amazon Exclusive. Every figure I have purchased that’s Amazon Exclusive has a blank box. They don’t uses clear plastic because these aren’t supposed to be in stores.

Batwoman is using the catwoman figure body and the weird brown batarangs is mud from clayface.
batwoman is 100% knightfall catwoman mold with added pieces for the red boots and gloves, the other batwoman by mattel has nothing to do with this one, in fact, that one has no waist joint, single jointed elbows and is pinless, nothing about them is the same except that they are based on the same design for batwoman

Batwoman is Kate Kane. Cassandra Cain was the Batgirl with her face entirely covered up and has also gone by Black Bat and Orphan.
Considering that Clayfaces movement is based on what he's made of the figure articulation is fairly on point imho. I would love to see someone figure out a material that would allow something closer but I don't see that happening for what investors would consider a toy unfortunately.

Lighter colors could be jla/daytime bats, while the dark tones look like he's more in shadow.

Usually you see this with imports where it is like an exclusive online only thing where it’s never supposed to be in a shop often have no window. So fact it’s an Amazon exclusive which is online this is probably why they are like this same with atomic skull v superman two pack that’s came out about same time

The box is windowless because it's an internet exclusive. It won't ever be on a store shelf to look at. So the window isn't all that necessary.
The batorangs have brown because it supposed to look like mud from clayface. And the thighs were never going to have thigh cuts, they are just sculpt lines from the catwoman leg sculpt it's using. The whole figure is a retooled catwoman mold.... cmon.

Like you said, Clayface is a big boy. I give McFarlane credit just to try to have articulations for this figure. I’m not sure if they have a cost effective way to do this - combination of hard plastic and rubber / silicone /soft plastic edges.

When Mcfarlane makes a charactr they review older dc figs for reference, like super powers, DC Direct and Mattel. Just look at the new Batman Green Lantern and compare it to the DC Direct figure, even has an open mouth like the OG fig. But no one gave him any "Blue prints". LOL
