However even the public beach is hard to access because it's a long hike down a steep cliff from the parking lot. When an artpiece is being sold at an auction for $3m, the strategy the auctioneering company use is to tell an inspiringly ridiculous story behind that artpiece, and make sure to get the attention of multimillionaires to attend who can just splash that cash easily.
