- I am 4 months post op and 80lbs down. YAY!! I am feeling good, and I’m so happy about the positive changes I have seen mentally and (of course) physically since surgery. I wanted to share some non-scale victories, some hurdles, and some potentially helpful tips when it comes to making this lifestyle sustainable.

I'm very impressed with your balancing attitude. I can see your finding your own way through all of this. Good to have that great support system. I'm quite a bit older than you and I'm applying for bariatric sleeve surgery. You've given me a lot of confidence that I can do this too!

Hey, you are doing fantastic. This journey isn't easy as some people think, and you are handling it very well. The NSVs are simply the best part of this! I'm coming up on 3 months post-op, so I can totally relate. Keep going strong!!!

I’m glad it could help!! Ugh nausea is the worst!! I finally started seeing an end to it around 6 months post op. I think I share some things that helped me overcome it in my most recent video (6 months post op). Maybe they could help you too! :)
