Please consult a few banks before opening a current account with a bank for Export iMport Business. Exchnage rate varies from bank to bank. Whatever you pay to the bank is accounted for and it all is audited by RBI.
Bank charges are mandatory and can not be refunded.

Importer ke bank ka liability hai
LC is drawn by the party which needs to make the payment. And LC is from the Buyer's Bank to the Seller's Bank.

When you register your company at the Local Corporation, ask them if professional tax is applicable for your type of business.

Sir, Bank kabhi kabhi koi bhi draft LC ka manzoor karti hai. Par expert bata te hai ke LC terms nahi chal sakti - to kiske upar bharosa kare?
Dear Radhe, a bank will look at the LC from a banker's point of view, will check the legal aspects and the financial aspects. Whereas an Export Consultant ( or even iiiEM ) will look at the LC from the Exporter's point of view, if risky or not, and will check to safe guard safe trade.
So both are correct.
It is not about faith all the time, it is about learnings from different point of views.
Dear Sir, As experts says that the export document need to be courier via bank. but in the case of export of perishable items we generally see that the exporter courier the documents directly. In this case, to secure the Payment ,what step needs to taken by exporter???
You need to seek approval from your bank for a fax copy of authorizing the Ship incharge to carry the same.

How the bank can help an exporter to identify the creditworthiness of an import?
How will the bank help me while insuring my product?
If I sell/discount my bill of exchange to the bank will you pay me the full invoice amount?
of course bank plays an important role in the export import transactions. The bank helps one inward and outward payments. The bank verifies the LC and checks if the bank and terms in LC are safe.

Import Export Market is of demand & supply. The market does not depend on the Government incentives like MEIS. The real exporters will continue exporting without any problems.
Without MEIS in fact, REAL exporters will only trade. The fraudulent ones will leave this product.
This requires a deep study of the Import Export Industry.

#askiiiem sir can you confirm what are the documents needed to submit into bank after completing an export and import.
Your bank willr eceive the foreign remittance after exports. So you just need to submit to them the post shipment documents - copy. BRC will be generated from the bank itself and then rest will be on the DGFT website.

Aur exporter tabhi l C discount karwaanta hai jab oos ke paas cash ki problem hoti hai.
Aur bank agar lC discount pe loan deti hai to oos pe bank interest charge karti hai.
To sir l C to secure madni jaati hai.
Aur agar importer payment nahin karta hai to bank exporter se recovery kare gee.
To bank guarantee kis baat ki leti hai.
