One set of documents are for the bank, always.

Sir my question is regarding financial help to freshers. i am merchant exporter, if i have confirm order from buyer on irrvocable LC terms. but my supplier needs payment in 100% advance, in this case where can i arrange money?.
Sir, financial help at starting stage only is very necessary, bcoz once bussiness is establish then there would not be much concern for money.
so in this case agar koi help nai karega freshers ko, toh kaise export kaise start karenge, even if order from buyer is confirmed.
You may please approach financial institutions or banks for this requirement.

Sir, humara buyer ek sath kitni amount(any currency) transfer kar sakta hai? Kyu ki deal bahut badi bhi ho sakti hai.
Invoice amount jitne amount transfer kar sakte hai.

Current account in a bank is a busines saccount. A Sole Proprietorship Firm can also get a current account in the bank.

What is CIF & FOB ?
CIF = Cost, Insurance & Freight
FOB = Free on Board
These are Incoterms of Shipping goods.
These are used often in Export & Import.

Sir, main fruits and vegetables main as a Merchant Exporter start up kar raha hun. I apply for current A/C, but my bank asking for FSSAI registration! Is it needed ? Regards...
FSSAI is not mandatory for export of fresh fruits and vegetables. However, one may regsiter for export of foodstuff with FSSAI - it is always better.
Thereafter you need to also register with Apeda.

Should we ask buyer for LC first or Advance Payment.?
How to Handle the process?
Ask for the draft of LC first, get the same checked by your banker.
Then Payment - 30% and then final copy of LC.

Keep your quotation valid for a short time like for one week then revise the rates as per the dollar rates, if needed.
