It is amazing, I’ve used it in Maui 8 or 9 times and it works perfectly. No fogging whatsoever. A teeny bit of leakage but I have a beard. Doesn’t affect anything.
I am so happy someone came up with this idea of this one piece mask! Well done whoever it was!! I am so fed up with fogging. It just ruins the whole snorkelling. I just ordered easybreath. Looking forward to a smoother, happier fogless snorkelling experience during my next holiday ;-)
That snorkel mask does look really easy to use. I'm surprised a mask like this would not be sold over here; I would think more people would buy them. If I wanted to go snorkeling, I would definitely buy a mask like this one! Thanks for sharing!
I think the issue is that the company the manufactures them can't "make enough" to meet the worldwide demand they forsee -- so they only sell them in Europe "for now."
I've used this for a while now for swimming laps. I know the company suggests not using it for that, but I do.After a while, it feels like having a helmet on. For that reason, I'm looking into alternatives that are lighter.
Hey Chris, we got one of those masks in our trip to Hawaii and found difficulty breathing, which caused us , tiredness, increased heart rate. We asked a scuba trainer at the Marriott and he agreed that it was we were actually breathing a bit of our own carbon dioxide. We switched to the traditional masks and it was much better. Those new ones are just better for the foggy part but mostly for beginners - as you said and for shallow waters. We also agree on the foggy part…😆

Mine doesn’t have like the protective film thingy in the flower shaped hole below the 2 sides of the nose. Is it necessary? Will I still be able to use it???
I bought this off Amazon for 35 dollars and I could go down a couple of feet but now mine will not un clip and ,Since the orange won't unclip , I can't even go down a little, but other from that it is great,

It depends what you mean by "under water" -- it's like a snorkel, so as long as the top part is on the surface, you can breath forever... but if the top part is submerged, then you can't breathe at all

Well...let me put some medicine/physiology here: I bought 4 of these full face mask. Works wonderfully. But = a NORMAL healthy person with large muscle mass / or just large body that needs lots of oxygen (or worse: person with lungs problem, copd ) will definitely feel horrible with these "full face mask". reason? = when you blow out CO2, some of it will stay in the pipe system, which is much larger than original normal old fashion snorkels. Next breath happens, and you get that CO2 back to your lungs, and less than expected oxygen!, this circle keeps building up each and every breath!!! After 1 minute on that = you will be feeling miserable seeking FRESH AIR!!! I gave it up after few minutes. My kids loved it and didn't feel anything,...but can you rely on a 7 years old feelings / reports ?????

The anti-fogg thing doesnt work at all, its foggs after 3-4 seconds..moreover the quality of the plastic is cheap, you cannot see clearly the items in the water..

One of the biggest drawbacks with this is you can't take it down too deep because you can't pinch your nose to equalize.

Once i almost died from that thing because the snorkel valve wouldnt open after a dive. Pro tip breathe out to open the valve after a dive.

You must be using a knock-off. Also, if you immerse the Decathlon original in the water before you put it on, the screen stays fog free.
