There has to be a color layer so once its scratched I truly think you are out of luck and if you try to polish or rebrush you will just make it way worse.

I too love the New Link band. However, I frequently remove my watch and keep it in my pocket while carrying out particular tasks at work. This bracelet does fold particularly well for this. The natural Milanese loop is a lot better for this. So I use the Milanese loop for work but will switch to the New Link on weekends or during work days when I don’t expect to be removing my watch.
Question. When you ordered the Apple Watch band, I’m sure it gave you an estimation of time on when it would ship. My question for you is did it ship at all earlier than the date ?

I have the SS older version. Original 1st gen. It pairs well with my Ultra 2. Little off color but not much. The Apple Natural Titanium band for the Ultra is even better than the link band, actual titanium. Looks better too. Why would you pay $350 for the same band? Color only? The older version you can actually brush out scratches. The Apple watch 10 looks ok, shiny but ok. I didn't want to downgrade from a Ultra 2 to a 10. In my opinion you cannot get better than an Ultra 2 with actual titanium band. Best combo out right now. The 10 with the new natural band like you have would be a close second.
Great video. Really wished Apple would have just done their Link Band in titanium this year. How does the colour of the new Link Band, look on the natural coloured Ultra, is it a closer match than the old Link Band was?

I tend to upgrade my Apple Watch every 3 years. If I knew for a fact that Apple would be offering the natural titanium finish on the series 13 then I would probably buy this band. But I do not want to spend $350 on a band that I will only use for 3 years lol.
Nice band. Great video. You really don’t have to remove links to put on the band. Just insert the tip of the connector and then do the same on the other side and both connectors slide in safely without bending or any force.
yeah its just more dangerous that way the the band tweaks it will stop the clasps from working properly. That's what happened with one of the ones I bought used. I got lucky and apple replaces with with my applecare this was back with the series 2 watch days.

350? No way! You can get one 99% similar, in stainless steel for less than USD 20. I know, Apple prices are always ridiculous, but 350 for this is just insane.
It has the be the most uncomfortable band because of the bulk and lack of infinite adjustability. Good for a formal occasion but not for everyday wear.
Naw my stainless band fell apart after a few years of daily use. I figure sweat rotted out the buckle clasp and Apple doesn’t sell that as a replacement. I wont go there again until Apple makes it all Titanium.
@@TheAppleBias I got the Ultra 2 so I wanted to use the band with it. Took all the links apart to clean it well and that was it. Maybe if I didn't take the links apart it may have held for who knows how long but several link would not click together afterwards and the worst part was the links attached to the bands buckle closure would not click back. I had replacement links but that buckle, they wanted too much for a used one on EBay.

Back when the series 3 came out I woudl buy series 0 with the space black band for cheap and the. Just list and sell the band for 2-3x what I paid for the entire watch for. 😂

Its a very awesome band, like I said on the video I love it on the ultra it just doesn't match perfectly enough for me to absolutely love it on the series 10, but I still have the ultra and plan to keep it.

I suppose for the extra money you spent on the new titanium colored stainless steel link band, you could have bought the silver titanium Hermes version instead of the natural titanium watch and then have matched that with all your silver lugged bands including the silver link you already have. I have an Hermes Series 10 so its silver not natural titanium so I feel like an older silver one would match up well! Time to browse eBay! As a side note, I kind of cringed at the $350 price tag, but then I remembered I bought a new Hermes band for $350 back in Spring of this year and was ok with it because I wanted it that bad. Weird how our brains can make the same price sound good or bad depending on what the thing we're buying is and how bad we want it 😂

DLC Milanese loop was notorious for scratching the back sensor and even front glass of the screen if you weren’t careful. I had it scratch the back of my ceramic watch back in the day.
I bought this recently for my Natural Titanium Series 10 and it’s honestly the best watch band I’ve ever owned! I’ve wanted a link bracelet since the Series 0 haha. $350 is very pricey but 100% worth it for the build quality and engineering

Could have got a high-quality handmade bespoke leather for half that price. It looks just like millions of other stainless steel watch bands, that you can pick up for less than $50. You're paying for the name. They must be laughing all the way to the bank. Plus there's no originality to it. Most people wont know the difference between that when they see it or a $50 stainless steel strap.

Nah I’m just passionate about Apple gear they make good stuff and I like it. I also make money off it. My day job is an iOS App developer I also have a few of my own apps and I have this channel that not only allows me to talk about products I love and help people learn more about the watch and other Apple products. But I also get some revenue from it as well.

You can test brushing those extra links you just took off to see if the coating will come off before brushing the whole link band ;)

Watch is the natural titanium and the link band is the natural link bracelet. That’s the only way you get the perfect match.

Sadly no my window was the 15-19th and I got it on the 16th so at least for now the time window is pretty accurate.

Nah I’m just passionate about Apple gear they make good stuff and I like it. I also make money off it. My day job is an iOS App developer I also have a few of my own apps and I have this channel that not only allows me to talk about products I love and help people learn more about the watch and other Apple products. But I also get some revenue from it as well.

Just keep watching eBay. I’m sure it will show up there cheaper eventually. I got my original silver for $120 a long time ago.
