How to lock shutter speed and have auto iso? It seems if I lock shutter speed, it will also lock current iso. If I set auto ISO, it will then auto shutter speed at some random shutter speed that’s not 180°. How to get auto ISO?

I wouldn't recommend buying a phone just for cooking videos. If you have $700 -$1500 to buy a new iPhone, I'd recommend investing in a camera like the ZV1 or ZVE10 and some lighting.
