JazakAllah. I liked how you mentioned the fatwa 'buying your first home in interest is allowed if its necessity' is not permissible. Unfortunately alot of muslims i know are using this fatwa to satisfy their desires.
@@shahee6579car insurance is a necessity to be able to drive a car. It's forced upon a person. A person isn't forced to get a mortgage, they choose to get one. If they don't have a mortgage, they can still live in a house.
JazakAllah Khairan. Lots of people need to hear this to stay on the right path. Starting a business or generating a secondary source of income is always hard to start but once it’s running it’ll be very beneficial. I have yet to find my second source but insha’Allah it’s soon
yes but, not all of us are business minded though. Most people just want a quiet life, worship the creator, raise kids, got to work, have some leisure time. That's the majority of people.
If you cant afford to buy a house or borrow money without interest, then keep on renting, whether social housing or private renting. And save for a house if youre on a high salary
A great alternative is to go with seller financing. There are many motivated sellers who want to get rid of their houses. Look for a property in distressed condition and ask your realtor to find homes with a seller financing option, ideally with 0% interest. Trust me, they can find one for you. Don't negotiate on the listing price, and try to offer a higher-than-average down payment to secure the deal. I'm confident you can find sellers like that. Just give it a try!
Could you do a video on buying cars. Some of us are car enthusiasts, and would like to one day purchase a nice car, maybe even used. One could be able to afford the monthly payment on a used range rover. What approach would you take if you can't buy it out right?
what if you “need,” a house not for showing off but because you live in 1-bedroom apartment with 2 kids, we sharing a bedroom. Renting a bigger apartment is too expensive & we don’t even qualify for a 2-bedroom base on income but sadly qualify for a mortgage.
Sorry brother but renting is truly not feasible when they are charging over 1000k a month and mortage repayments are such less, theres so many downsides to renting
So only alternative option to a mortgage is 'rent'. You said 30-40k salary person. That person can't afford rent in London or surrounding area. No mortgage alternatives given, no business ideas given. £5k investment gives £1.5k return, where and what?🤦♂️.
It is not possible to rent for some people as low income such as monthly after tax some earn £1300 to £1700, rents are so much higher and they will make you struggle, and not everyone can get council house. Also most of these council houses area are bad with these bad people around, plus the mortgage rhe more deposit, the cheaper. What can we do? Wa alaikumaslam habeebi, Firstly JazakAllahu khairan habeebi. I think a video on this is needed and I will make one on this In Sha Allah. For the mortgage to be legitimate and halal as they sell it as a partnership but this isn't the case.
