The worse thing than eyeblinking for me is the movement of my adam's apple up and down repeatedly to the point where it gets hurt although my eyes feel the same way.

I used to roll my eye all the time but my dad told me to control myself and when I did the ticks was gone also I think super hard workout or sport help alot. Also if u wanna heal faster I recommend quitting video games or have time management
I’m 15 and I think about two years ago my eye started to twitch a lot and uncontrollably many times, and around last year it slowed down and I didn’t have many tics, but recently it got worse, it didn’t happen all the time, but occasionally and I would stutter, blink a lot and I mean a lot, and my head would twitch and a few others please tell me this is normal

You can’t mate, don’t try to either just let it go. I found suppressing tics just makes them worse

Your soul which is you. Tell "you" to give your brain a deadly consequence , then tell your heart you will not do the consequence you are just lying to the brain. After that ,day by day, your brain will slowly not do the ticks . Btw , i have it too but after that random coincidence i have stopped . If it works , just dont think about it anymore or esle...you have to do the cycle again(i hv the tick where you make that squeaky noise and the neck cracking thingy) good luck

I haven't been tested but I think I have the twitching Tourette's BC I keep twitching and it's uncontrollable

One is movement disorder and the other is shouting disorder

Buy some haloperidol guys.. it's work for me
It doesn't work for everyone, no medication I've been on has helped my tics
