What's the first thing you'd watch on these glasses?
Hardcore Henry
DC's Blue Beetle
Outer Space
The Chosen, the passion of Christ, Sound of freedom.
Interstellar
Why is your studio a literal flashbang
Pure marketing, making things white manipulates our unconcious mind into thinking its all quality stuff even when its china crap :)
Renders my dark mode absolutely useless.
hahah this is funny... watching this vid at night in bed is enough to send u in a mini coma
🧐..is it just me or is anyone else tired of ‘we have this ALL new device, only $450… AND look! We have ALL these accessories- the things that make our new product GREAT..but they’re all separate and will turn your barely useful new poor $450 product into the thing we actually wanted to make for ONLY $800…but we won’t include the necessary accessories in our original product(so we can keep our promotion price down *wink wink) we will sell them to you separately, some for 29.99, some for 119.99 and some for 249.99. OH and we do it to be ‘environmentally friendly’😉
Late stage capitalism my friend.
Honestly no I don't mind it. It allows me to decide which accessories I want instead of being stuck with the $800 product or nothing. Gives me more options.
Cries in quest 3
I’m so tired of it
Just you homie , love new tech that isn’t cheap junk.
this is also great for people living in RVs or who don't have a lot of space for a big Tv.
So if u dont have space ur supposed to stare into an empty wall? Remember, this is dystopia and will make us separated and anti social more than smart phones did
@@salar1586nobody cares. Everyone can do what they want with their own hard earned money as long as what they do with their purchase doesn’t bother anybody.
@@salar1586bro wtf are you talking about. you would use this once and love it

Both these responses have absolutely nothing to do with this comment.
That's the brightest video in UA-cam. My eyes just melting watching this episode
Like the Saw X poster with blinding white background lmao
Thought I was welding
I have a rectangle shaped loss of vision wherever I look…
Nice to see that finally a company is willing to take people with glasses into consideration.
Meta quest
I was watching this in my personal glasses I made haha and I am so proud of us progressing technology so fast. Brings a tear to my eye. TO THE MOON!!!!
Im for sure getting one of these. Only decision is this one or a better one down the line.
I hv this and man...it's horrible experience. The fov is darn crappy small. I don't even know why it's so good....
One thing I like about these glasses is the privacy aspect when connected to my laptop. I can turn the screen off and only use the glasses for my monitor... so no shoulder surfing.
Hackers will intrude your eyes if they want to though
For a good 60 minutes until you get nauseous.. And , forget about working. Such size display will give text a blur and difficult to read.. Gaming, maybe.

A very comprehensive view into the future. Amazing tech to be sure.
This is cool for people who don’t have room for a big tv I would love to try this out I probably won’t until it gets cheaper thanks for showing this I love your videos thanks
Would be cool if the glasses could do like dual screen mode on the computer.
xreal can has a native version for it for mac and i tthink windows too so you can have 3 monitor side by side
This technology isn't ready yet.
Maybe in 5 years.
That was an excellent presentation Sir. Thank you very much. I've watched several reviews of this product but yours was the best by far.

What is the font quality like when working on these glasses?
Just bought some of these for traveling. Was trying to watch a movie on my tablet and felt I was annoying those around me trying to sleep. Not to mention having audio issues. If these are legit as im hearing most reviewers say, I cant wait. Got a semi decent deal on the whole setup on ebay.
Are they better than the air 2 pro ?
How many of these glasses are there? I’ve seen like 5 different brands.
Make this syncable to stuff like NBA league pass so you can watch the games in the stands and I’m buying it
I bought my quest 2 for this exact reason. They have a few court side games each season. It's definitely worth looking into cause it's awesome!
Imo this is better than the Apple Vision Pro.
4:27 you really shouldn't say the words 😁I was watching this video on my PC and my phone just laying beside the mouse 😪when he hear your " OK Google " he just woke up and say " How i can help you ? " 😂🤣😂
Wonder if it works with Xbox and Playstation consoles
I can't fathom how cool your home is after getting all these cool toys.
There is probably aloooootttt of trash.
He gets most of these stuff just to review and then returns it
@@AdiItzhakovhe does not need to return them come on😂
Remember the SONY Glasstron PLM - Way ahead of outs time…i wish i. never sold mine on eBay
I have these and they aren’t any bigger of a screen perspective wise than a Nintendo switch screen that is like 5-6 inches away from my face and the edges of the screen will be a little blurry no matter how much you adjust it because the viewing angle.
The blurry edges depends on your eyesight, not the angle. Also holding a switch 3-4 inches from your face is uncomfortable after like 30 minutes
I got a Rokid Max and I really love using it. Almost 5 hours a day.
Rokid Max can display 1920x1200@120Hz out of the box or 1920x1080@144Hz with a custom resolution setting, which is great for gaming. 1920x1200 provides even greater FoV since it is taller than 1920x1080. So you can choose between greater FoV or greater refresh rate.
I 've ever bought Xreal Air but finally returned it because Xreal Air has a smaller FoV than Rokid Max. Xreal Air also has bugs in the firmware which produces oversaturated colors and banding artifacts. Xreal Air also lacks dioptre adjustment, but this may not matter if you do not need it.
Haven't watched the video but I'm guessing the screen moves with your head movement? That was a big problem for me because it made me nauseous when I was using the Xreal.
you didn't experience eye fatigue using it, did you?
Now this is the future. We’re slowly but surely getting to Cyberpunk level
How's the eye strain Lou? Any different from our usual devices?
From what I’ve heard the display is stuck to you vision unlike regular vr, and can cause nausea, sounds like selling a prototype
There’s a “R” in the cable (because the product is called Rokid) but it plugs in the left arm of the glasses. Very poor design choice.
How’s the latency when gaming? Think it’d be good enough for a competitive fps?
It shows 120hz on their official webiste. For me, the game experience is fantastic.
Way to expensive
I warn you guys. My Rokid Max showed heavy burn-in after less than a year and regular usage. Also their service played around with me and is very bad.
They repeatedly wanted me, four times, to try filming the displays of the glasses, the wiring, and the display of my computer in various ways with different background images, only to then inform me that the warranty had expired ten days ago.
They offered to send the glasses to China at my own expense, which would be higher than the purchase price.
Man, blowing money is not as easy as making it these days
I hashed had my rokid max for a month or so. I love them. My station was shipped a few days ago.
do you actually need a power source for the switch to display on the glasses or it works just with the usbc connection?
Seems like any kind of productivity application would be difficult using full HD rather than 4K or 8K
Going in the right direction for future VR headsets.
Finally a video that’s worth watching!😊
A small battery added to the side of the frame would be nice for those situations when something snags and disconnects the USB-C cable, you get a few like 5 minutes to find and reconnect it without interrupting whats going on the screen, if it's connected wirelessly to another device.
Good thing you’re not a designer 🤦
@@JinSakai_Kuroudo Ok undercover Jony Ive, what's your solution.
The glasses themselves aren't wireless and therefore this suggestion cannot work. The glasses are essentially just a monitor and that's it. If you disconnect your regular monitor from HDMI/DisplayPort and power, but it's on batteries, you still wouldn't see a signal, because the video signal cable is not tethered anymore.
@@mortenmoulder I get your point of view however my suggestion was based on when the station is used for wireless casting, like from 7:03 onwards.
To avoid having to carry the bulky station around or always draining the smartphone battery a more advanced version of these could have a miniature motherboard to handle wireless casting on one side of the frame and on the other side a small light battery to mitigate against unexpected cable snags.
It's possible, a substitute base tier Chromecast or smartphone motherboard can handle it.
That way the cable is left just for power supply, which can be convenient in cars, planes etc. which have always powered up ports available.
@@Rickiye Yeah nah, that's honestly not a good idea. All that just to prevent a cable from coming detached? You should invest in some better cables then, if your USB-C cables fall out.
Best, useful product i have seen in recent time
I mean for $500, its a pretty good deal
Big is Better!!! Super Satisfying!!! 👍🏻😍👍🏻
Mine is much bigger and very loong 🗿
This is amazing. This would be so great for work
Which is better? This one or Xreal 2pro?
Really cool, still gonna wait a few years for the tech to get better
I’m surprised you haven’t done a Viture review
I'm waiting for one of the companies don't this to figure out how to design a pair that doesn't look like it's awkwardly floating so far in front on your face. They have to be at that distance, so stop slapping regular sunglasses frames on them because it doesn't work
The lg v60 had experimental desktop years ago. Still use it today, one of the best phones ever
Whaat is a phone...
what is the legibility of text like? As a developer i would love this but tet clarity is often a problem wit hthese devices
Does iPhones work for these as well

This IS the old Unbox Therapy. This very chill, neutral, and kinda bland presentation is how Lew was for a long time before he went all crazy and goofy.

Lew went all Jew
Is the pucks mini hdmi in or out?
Turn out it is a usb out. But the ugreen dongle is actually hdmi to usbc not usbc to hdmi
Viture glasses and ecosystem are much better
You could tell this was a paid promotion. No mention of battery life or cost, like every Apple video 🤣
Imagine watching your favorite show while grocery shopping GAME CHANGER
The outside looks a little goody. They could have made it actually look futuristic
I bought these and the Nreal, save yourself the money and just purchase the “big screen vr” and immersed “visor” where there is more time and thought put in the tech.
I love this! This is what's next on my tech wish list! Cheers.
YOU SHOULD REVIEW 4K LASER PROJECTOR TOO😊
Are you able to surf internet without mirroring? Thanks!
Can you use this while pairing bluetooth earphones?
Can you use this on an iPhone 15? And can I pair Bluetooth headphones instead of the onboard speakers?
It will work I guess.
Can’t wait to try this with track-ir.
Not worth 400 when The quest is going to be priced The same. I’d get way more functionality just less “portable” like I’m bringing these devices outside
how good they are for our eyes
UNBOX THERAPY
I bought them and have returned them. They are super blurry on the edges. If you have a larger head or nose buy the Xreal Air 2. They are more adjustable. Mine were just unusable because of how blurry they were for me.
Do you understand how he connected the glasses to the PC in his demo? Or if you connected yours that you returned how do the glasses connect to a PC? I couldn't tell how it connected.
It's ironic that the type c is connected on the left ear stem but says R on it..but pretty well thought out device apart from that
This would be a huge game changer for people with hybrid work situations. You would no longer need to compromise between workstations. These paired with a laptop would be an incredible tool for people who work mostly online.
Yup, that’s what I do with mine. I have a portable display that these have now replaced.
Unfortunately It's just not good enough field of view and resolution for most users. Especially for someone in my field, software engineering, which requires viewing a lot of text
@@stephengardner5746 that’s unfortunate. I’m in IT and I would love to roll these out for users in my building. We get a lot people that want monitors in office and for their home setup, and something like this would be great. Hopefully they keep on improving the hardware.
This is what the Apple Vision Pro shouldve been but obviously just with the "apple touch" to it. I get that the amount of sensors in the actual AVP probably wouldnt fit on this device, but I still dont know how comfortable a lot of people will be with having to do a full face device for long periods of time.
Im very intrigued by the AVP but my face gets hot rather quickly with any VR headset. Something with this form factor seems to be a lot more reasonable. And portable!
@@stephengardner5746 I ended up taking off the nose pads to get the most field of view on mine.
Imagine when we get to the stage of wirelessly connecting to consoles & PC's/HDMI
Ever heard of screen cast?
Only 1920 x 1080 per eye... meh...
Click bait. The screen is not curved! It's flat
Rokid is cool. But I might go with Xreal. They both look a little goofy, but Rokid seems to sit further off your face. Like a bigger gap there.
QUESTION: when you plugged into the laptop, you seemed to plug directly into a USB-C port on the laptop. So, what accessory(ies) are needed to plug into a PC laptop? Is the USB-C/HDMI adapter required to connect the glasses to a PC?
I mean you see what it needs. So yes it’s going to need that on a pc too.
Can you do a comparison between this and the Xreal 2 pro?
Is it possible to lock the screen in place so that it doesn't move when you look at an angle or turn your head?
So is the display curved or flat?
Hi. Can the Rokid station connect to a bluetooth headset?
Is it worth it im thinking of getting a ar glasses or what ar glases do you recommend?
I like the idea of something like this, but the thought of having LED displays right up to your eye for an extended period doesn't seem like a good idea.
Trust me it wont hurt u at all.
Displays are not detrimental to your health in virtually any capacity. If anything it is the behaviors they influence that may potentially cause temporary issues. There is no science to suggest screens are actually harmful… you’re mom was wrong when she said to not get close tot the tv
They're not right in front of your eyes.
Using this for the gym would be amazing
Hi, does it work with the new iPhone 15 pro ?? Thanks
yes
Pretty amazing how far this type of technology has come in such a short amount of time.
@regularguy8547 its not about the money, its about not looking like a retard. We're still not there yet
@regularguy8547🤦🏻♂️
@regularguy8547250$ is my max number for this, coz that how much i think it's worth
@regularguy8547you being broke has nothing to do with the state of the technology. Everything is tiny, everything is complex, rnd is a thing, that all costs money.
How do these compare to the VITURE One XR/AR Glasses?
Such a peaceful video😊
Can I connect it into iPhone with lightning port?
The hub goin crazy on these
I can see me using this instead of needing multiple display screens. If there are no issues when it comes to wearing them everyday....for work...then I see me using these for Revit work, AutoCad work and even Photoshop work. I wonder if anyone would switch to some like these.
looks dump, is dump i also hate wearing glasses in a 3D cinema.
Where can you purchase the remote? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
I had a pair of Sony Glasses like this back in the day
Price??
I own nreal glasses which are similar - although it seems like a great idea to have display right before your eyes the biggest issue is the image is stuck in the direction of your head wherever you move which is not natural and requires a lot of cognitive effort for a brain - I found I tend to get tried just in 30mins of using it.. the way true vr headset work recognizing position using accelerometers is way better in my opinion
i think 1 or 2 more generations and its gonna works the same on xreal too.
You just have to spend another $120 on an accessory that fixes that for you.
What if you have a wide face?
Can it wear like a regular glass
Way back 1995 there are already an smart glasses for watching TV wherein you have to plug in your glasses to a nearby DVD player. Prices then was around 20,000 It's look like the glasses worn by data man in science fiction movie.
How's wearing it to use GPS while driving? 😊
But how much??
