Might have been smoke from the burnt device that fried and conceived as aliens and portals.One witness who said he saw shadowy figures said he smelt a burnt wire scent .So it's possible Paradolia and fear might have triggered an illusion of portal and aliens which were simply columns of smoke!

Cop says the police couldnt contain the crowd so he hit the panic button, but then the reporter says fireworks was mistaken for a gunshot and thats why so many cops? also , the cop says it was a person walking by with a shadow?, but CLEARLY on the footage it was THREE cops walking by with three shadows....

I came across a thread on Twitter around 2 weeks ago discussing the Miami mall incident, people saying they have proof that those were xenomorph and cyclops like aliens in the mall, they all posted their "proof/footage" and it was all CGI😂. The reason why the figures seem to fade in and out of sight or have an ethereal appearance is because of a phase shift differential. I have read much about this subject.
