Whineness that comes with self loathing can be so annoying sometimes. Like i already got family and the annoying one off customer to complain about me. I think I get this. I've been told it's weird to be happy watching squirrels run around when I'm anywhere other than a park. (Masking seems to be an issue for neurotypical people as well, these days...)

Its ok to let the mask fall sometimes. It can be really hard to do but no one is capable of being happy 24/7 and thats ok. It can be hard to accept it as ok and there are times where you may feel like wearing a mask is the only solution but that can hurt more than it helps. If you ever feel like wearing the mask is becoming too much then maybe if possible try to find a quiet place to things that make you happy. I hope you have a good week

This works if your problem is a mood. When you have things to be proud of and things to look forward to, but your self doubt sabotages you...ye, I can see that.
But there are bad people out there. There are failed people out there: miserable, old, broken individuals who only live to spread their misery to others. You see them every day, you can't deny it. What would you say to those people? What would you say who lost all hope of ever attracting anyone again? What would you say to those who are trapped in their own misery?
Nothing. There is nothing to say. Some life is just not worth living. Some people can't be fixed. Some people can never be happy.

Some people cannot be fixed because their brain literally will not allow it or they've lived so long without without help or interaction that at this point to them there's no point anymore.
