Seriously I would be worried about the aluminum seeping into my blood stream. Already I am concerned about the metal filings in my teeth that I want them each removed and replaced with white filing when I go to the dentist. I just can't see myself doing this weekly. Fortunately my teeth are decent white not to think about whiteners. But I will this at least once for 15 minutes to see if it sparkles more.

Baking powder is different from baking soda my dear but baking soda is the same as bicarbonate. I believe she means using bicarbonate/ baking soda. In Uganda, they mainly refer to it as bicarbonate and it costs between 500/= to 1,000/=...Hope that helps & Thx Jalia for the great content.
