FOUNDATION FABS OR FLUSHES 2022 - KVD BEAUTY LOCK IT POWDER FOUNDATION TESTED ON OILY SKIN

Someone needs to rethink their formula and by someone I mean the KVD team. I get that powder foundations are tricky to formulate; but the claims on thei website made this foundation sound magical - it really isn't. I think this foundation would be a good setting powder because it mattifies - a lot. With time it does get to a creamy consistency due to the warmth of the face and my oily face, which I probably why it started settling into my lines. Overall, considering the price - I'd skip this one.

Good to know this is one to give a miss. I've recently stepped away from my beloved bare minerals and bought mac studio fix powder foundation on a whim. Kinda expecting to hate it but for me, as an oily skinned person, it has been really good. In fact, i liked it so much it persuaded me to try other pressed powder foundations... but i guess not this one.

I’m forever forgetting to comment for engagement, but here I am, better late than never! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ll be skipping this foundation for sure, I know you’re not really a fan of setting your foundation with powder but I’m wondering if you might give it a go so you can at least get your moneys worth with this one?

Thank you so much for commenting darling. That's exactly what I'm going to have to use this up on! As a foundation its a pass from me but I actually think I'll like it as like a light dusting on the face with my regular foundations😍♥️
