I like small wheels. I skate 50s, 51s, and 52s. Occasionally ill skate 53s if I'm going to Az since ditches tend to be on the rougher side. I prefer a skinnier wheel, less weight and less friction on slides. I most skate a classic wheel shape but do also like conicals, they did to lock in better on copping but usually don't come in 50s or 51s.
I tend to skate just about every obstacle at the park. Whether it’s gaps, rails, ledges, transition. Whatever. I feel like a thinker medium sized wheel is a good wheel size for any one looking to become more versatile on a board
I love the conical and conical full wheels, mostly just because I like how they look. yeah I´m that superficial. not sure if I ever noticed a difference between them and classics, but I do enjoy a wider riding surface too, so thats why I´d take them everytime. tablets look weird to me, thats why I dont like em, yeah its that simple :P I´m not good enough to actually notice small differences like that. I like 54mm, 53 is good, but when they wear down they feel a bit too small for me, and 55 is a bit too much.
But ive been skating f4 tablets which is pretty close to a conical or lock in and i love the way they ride, i have like 3 or 4 pairs of classic wheels mostly 53mm, i think i have one pair of 51 spitfire classics but i definitely have some force 53s, i think form 53s, but ive loved the smoothness of my tablets, i skate mostly street in old shitty loading docks and parking curbs so the wider wheel seems to help, other then that I don't see much a difference, I use 99a, but i haven't tried the force wheels yet, i think my youngest son wants them though (he's 3 and they're his favorite color blue)
i have powell dragons 58. the ones i have are the cut ones, they dont name them that i could find.they come in 2 shapes. any how i cant see life without them.they are good on everything and the streets and sidewalks are really rough here.some of the parks too
Bones V3 Chris Joslin pro model, it’s soo nice at the park and for tech skating I tried spitfire hardcores and didn’t like it- need to get formula fours for sure before I pick a side but bones I Awesomee
Bones V3 are definitely my choice right now. Spitfire form 4s and Force classics are good as well but I prefer the skinnier shape wheels and bones has just that

I skate soft 55mm wheels but I do skate street I just use soft wheels because I live in Ireland and the roads are very bumpy and rough

For crusty ground a 99a wheel with a wider surface area makes a lot of sense.
Do you use your top right bolt for your indicator or as we said in the 90s "your lucky bolt" thats the one I use to 🤣
Hahah yes sir I do
Can you do a video about wheel hardness
Not a bad idea

How do you know when you need new wheels?
Usually flat spots, coning, or if every small thing you hit is stopping your wheels it’s time
@@iholiday4639 yeah... I may need new wheels then 😂. Thanks.
You’ve had the same ones for awhile not haven’t you?
@@iholiday4639 I've had them since November when I started skating so yeah 😂
Force wheels for life! Only other wheels close are spitfire Bighead classics.
Both are great wheels. I might scoop another pair of force wheels. I’m thinking 52mm classics
can i have a deck?
lol
