This will make you all laugh. I had a truck where I damaged the axle thread because I was having a super hard time removing a set of bearings from a Krooked 80HD wheel. I kept trying to pry and pry out the bearing and I didn't know that I was crushing the axle threads. That's how far the wheels were jammed in. I did get the old bearings off and the new ones on. I then try to place the axle nut on to secure the wheel. Low and behold the nut won't secure on because I compacted the threads. Now I'm going to buy and bearing remover. I'm not losing a truck again due to the same BS. Lastly it sucks to have to change your board out due to razor tail.
I usually just run China reds for bearings, i did buy a pair of bones big balls they were pretty cheap to though maybe $25 I have my used them or even opened them yet and I just swap them out when they start to suck or blow out, alot of the times thats when ill replace my wheels to i usually don't put old bearings in new wheels if i ever have and rarely do I put new bearings in old wheels but I recently went up from 51 classic spitfire/bones wheels to 53s amd ive been loving my new f4 spitfire tablets and those will prob be the first wheels to outlast my bearings in a long time because I've been skating them for maybe a month and they still look fairly new, they look like what your typical classic formula and shape spitfire wheel would look like after a week
What are the most important parts? I changed my bearings from my complete to bones reds bearings and am looking into changing my wheels. Are the trucks more important or are the bearings and wheels more important or is it the deck?
I landed my first varial flip yesterday!
Dude congrats!!!
Using spacers will prevent bearing lockup and axle slip.

Video idea: just raw footage of you street skating
I dig the idea but usually I keep that stuff for Instagram unless it’s a game of skate. Idk I may put something together in the future

Interesting input thanks for the comment. Tablet F4s are great wheels and will definitely last you a good amount of time
