Nice video the only thing is the music your are playing is well below the 52hz of the edifier ..if you'd play music with actual instruments they can barely reach those frequencies only the electric bass in rare occasions can reach 41hz.. so I'd say Dev is a spatial player where channel separation and clarity don't matter.. in the high frequencies the Devi was pitching..
I have the Devi 95db speaker in my kitchen and i found that it works better with the speaker placed in a certain position to get the maximum sound quality from it. For the money I paid, I would say only Audio Pro C20 is in its league. Take a listen. Perhaps the JBL Authentics 500 but its highs are still not to be compared with the Audio Pro… People are often fooled by watts RMS and forget they cannot always play at a low volume, so if you can get clear audio at a low volume with bass and midrange as well, you have a really well made speaker but that comes at a price… I enjoyed your review, but it was clear which was the winner here! The D12 is not good at bassy music. It distorts. A good speaker should be able to rumble at low volume as well as when turned up. The Devialet does that whereas the D12 struggles with deep reverb sounding music. I tried it in a store as I wanted to use it with my Pc. The 3rd gen Marshall Stanmore even has more kick at low volume than the D12. But you get what you pay for with the D12. It is not expensive for that reason compared to the Devialet 90db.
@@toneotoneo i dont use it for carrying around. And true test of any speaker is with Bluetooth, at least, for me. Once you start driving the bass hard, that battery needs charging…From experience. Love the sound of the Audio Pro C20. In fact, what you have is an excellent speaker.
