Viton is a synthetic rubber used for seals, usually o-rings.
Its a highly solvent and acid resistant material.
I specify it for a lot of projects i do in the petrochemical industry.

Hi Jon. I picked up three of these off eBay a few years back and in my eyes they are as good as trigger bottles get. I’ve got on with a weak apc in another with Koch chemie fse and one with water for when I’m doing headlights. I find though they give you a double shot of product it’s very economical. The one with fse in I have foaled right down to a fine mist and find that the spray pattern or the surface area that it evenly covers is perfect. Also I find they are very robust and because of the wide base they are less prone to falling over and product leaking out. Great video looking forward to the next.

Been having Koch-Chemie Teerwäsche on a 1L bottle for two years now, and the metal is still good and no other problems except it squeaking like hell. They are durable, but the blue writing on the side gets worn down after a year or so of weekly use, but nothing that affects the way it works. Solid product!

I’ve had my bottles for 4 years and not a single one had broken yet. I use them for car cleaning products mostly BH Korrosol and Surfex HD at strongest mixture of 20 %.
I even have used them at a construction site with a lot of dust and abuse and no failure so far.
I maintain them by keeping them clean and spray the joints and seals with silicone spray, that also quite the squeaking sound.
The colors means tha they have different seals.
Black is (I think) EPDM seals that can take petroleum based degreasers. Red is for acid based cleaners (not sure which type). Blue is viton seals and takes alkaline based products.

    Hi Jon
Good review. Bought 4 of these in 500ml size 6 months ago. I hesitated (cost) but can confirm they are easily best hand sprayers I have used. Double action great as is 360 degree concept and overall quality feel. I highly recommend, despite cost I feel they offer fair value for the enthusiast. I wold buy again too. Only 2 very small gripes (nuances, not really serious negatives)...
    (a) quite bulky/high/big would have been more storage/shelf efficient if based on a rectangular base rather than round - I bought 500ml rather than litre to get less height/bulk/heft.
    (b) some times if you just want a small spot delivery the double action delivers too much product. Easy fix is to use a different bottle for low dose product delivery.
On vitreous seals I'm less sue how well they might stand up to aggressive/acidic products. I typically use my bottles for 'milder' products so can't comment on longevity with harsh chemicals.

I bought one a yellow one a few months ago for FRs and pre wash like Greenstar over the winter - top quality product, great trigger and solid base - no complaints and can see it lasting for years! (I guess some will think 8 quid for a bottle is bonkers but you get what pay for and pay for what you want)

I use the Kwazar Venus 360's. It's there small pump sprayer. I fined the pump makes life a lot easier than trigger sprayers. Not cheap, but I've had them for about four years now, so cost per use is negligible.

great video. I tried several different bottles, mostly cheap ones trying to find something I liked for doing my dilutions but nothing seemed to do the trick. It also left me with a bunch of different bottles which really bothers me as I like the look of oem bottles however dilutions are necessary with some products. So I bit the bullet and purchased a bunch of these Kwazar in the 1L size. They cost about $20 Canadian so like you say definitely not a cheap option but the build quality and thickness of the plastic makes me think they are worth it. No issues with them so far and have been using for about 6 months. anyways just my 2 cents, looking forward to more videos.

I think you nailed it by saying it is an item that isnt necessary as there are good alternatives. However as a quality item where the cost doesnt matter as much as it is to finish a collection/garage I see the appeal.

I have a few of these, they are v good sprayers but I have killed two of them, they broke off where the sprayer stem screws onto the bottle (where you mentioned that they were creaky).
If that part could be beefed up they would be perfect.

I have one 500ml sized bottle and from new i made up a solution of valet pro enzyme for a neighbour that had some cream go all over the back of the seats of the car and gone off.....the sprayer i love it...the weight rusted within a couple of days, but the seals should last out with the wheel cleaners and fall out removers no problem....i thought about the 1ltr bottle but thought in the end, a less heavy, easier to get into tight spaces made the decision for me ....oh and less pumpy pumpy....cheers John....oh forgot all the products you don't use or polishers why don't you do some kind of auction on here and use the monies to either upgrade some of your gear or give it to some charity ....just a thought.

I used them and they are great , but the one I use with a strong apc ratio, the seals can't hold on .
Since I used it with strong apc , the dual action sprayer became single action , it only squirt when pressing the sprayer.

These are the only hand sprayers I use now... The only problem with them is, well... It's more down to what you put in them.. Such as surfex, it rots the brass pretty damn quick, other than that I've had 1 faulty one but that had korrosol and all sorts put through it, they're solid sprayers for 6-7quid!
    P. S don't leave solvents (citrus tar and glue remover being the culprit) in them, it hardens the plastic/rubber tube

i have 3 of these and use them regularly over the past 3 years. one of them now starts to suck the bottle out of shape and i have to loosen the top so it gradually expands back to its normal size. one of the others now need priming for ages before it starts to work.the little yellow ball in it which works as the two way valve sticks, i have stripped one and replaced it with a a steel ball which has performed well o far. Too much fiddly work for an expensive product.

One small, and it really is a small, negative it's the size of the bottles base. I keep my go-to products in a kit bag and when I use all 500ml kwazer sprayers in place or "regular" bottles it seriously reduces how much I can have in the bag.

I've just bought one (500mL) and I completely agree - the ergonomics aren't great. I can't seem to grip the neck of the bottle firmly, with my little fingers, like I can with every other sprayer I've used. The reason I like to grip the neck in that fashion is just for stability.

I want a set of these if they last long, the Auto Finesse ones I got from Slims all kept getting stuck constantly had to use a drop of washing up liquid but it doesnt last long. The cheap ones (red collar on bottle) have been much better for me. How about a review of the Monza foaming trigger and its uses? Awesome video as always I watch nearly all your videos and find the info very useful. Thank you.

Small round steel ball like a bearing . You shot them out of a air rifle or pistol. Look up bb gun . When the handel/trigger part come apart there is a small metal ball that makes the pressure for the double action of the trigger that falls out . This is why they don't work after being dropped .

Hi Jon, I like the idea of Kwazar spray bottles, but after reading the comments on your channel I’m a bit concerned about the deterioration of components in these, some are saying the colours are for certain things but looks like BH is causing a problem. I know it’s 3 years since you made this informative video can I ask is your discount code still valid if so where’s it for? As a relatively newcomer to your channel. Do you run a business, i.e Detailing customers cars ?. Its just all we see is your cars. One of the reasons i find the "White Details" channel interesting is because they detail (ha !), the process they follow on each particular customers car. On the flip side your insight into the products and the chemicals is also very interesting.

I can't recommend the 360° versions for use with any chemicals that are not 100% ph neutral. The brass weight on the tube is not coated and my wheelcleaner (acid-free) corroded it extremely and I also got residue and debris in the liquid (pics here www.dropbox.com/sh/h67s7yiajl9jnxo/AADrSO9GRo_a0F9dAjivH5oAa?dl=0 ). I used them for lots of products and the only things that didn't seem to be affected were ONR, IPA and pure water. All other products did at least change their color ( e.g. Koch Chemie Green Star turned blue) after a while in this bottle. I liked the spray head but I don't use them anymore because I don't know exactly what it does to the products. Definitely unacceptable when a product is marked as chemical resistant.
