    Ingredients:
    Sauce:
    1/3 cup almond butter
    1 tbsp vinegar
    1 tbsp lime juice
    3 tbsp soya sauce
    2 tbsp ginger
    2 tbsp chili sauce, or to taste
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    1/3 cup water
    Stir fry:
    8 ounces tempeh, sliced into strips
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tbsp oregano
    .50 tsp salt, or to taste
    1 tsp black pepper, or to taste
    1.50 cup red/yellow/green bell pepper, sliced
    3 cup broccoli florets
    1 carrot, julienned
    Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
    Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
    Instructions:
    In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, almond butter, vinegar, maple syrup, chili sauce, water, and ginger to make the stir fry sauce. Set aside.
    Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the tempeh strips and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
    Add the bell peppers, broccoli, carrot, and and any other veggies to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
    Pour the stir fry sauce over the tempeh and vegetables, and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
    Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro, if desired.
    Serve the tempeh stir fry hot over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
