Instead of the Ambience Match module you can also copy a section where there's just background noise and you can Paste To Selection (Edit > Paste Special > To Selection).
Of course it's better to find background noise, but sometimes there isn't enough of clean tone to use, therefore Ambience Match. It usually sounds pink noisy, but it's very useful anyway. BTW, using AMB match inside RX sounds bad, better to leave the module open in audiosuite and just process clips right in your session.
Select “create individual files” and “clip by clip” in pro tools connect plugin window. This will preserve fades and clip gain automation, but will send each part as separate tab to RX
Don't want to be negative. But i do a lot of audio mixing for corporate stuff. The audio i sometimes have to repair is so bad that even RX is not able to fix it. Like noise as loud as the dialogue. Delay's on a recording (for what ever reason) as loud as the dialogue. Even then RX is not sufficient enough. Yes small repair stuff ass seen in this video. In most cases just some good eq'ing en expanding most of the time does the trick.
Absolutely mind-blowing. Thanks, Doug!
Master at your job. Pleasure to watch you work.
I love this stuff! Great video! Thanks!
Sorcery!!! Wow this is amazing!!

man, if something takes me more than 3 minutes in editing, I give up
This shit is magic
RX STANDARD is enough for clean dialogs as shown in this video or this features belongs only the ADVANCED release?
I edit dialogue everyday with Advanced and I couldn't live without de-rustle, ambience match and dialogue isolate.
XkztyIpKtHrwmNxlKhPy Hmmmmm, your account is suspicious af....
3:42 i think copy similar region is better technique.

Or you could just use instant process 99% of the time if you don't feel like clicking on "render" every time you want to remove a bump.
