So I did this as well. I put a layer of resin first then the coaster. I found that didn't work well. So I am going to just put the coaster in and do it the way you did it. I'll let you know if it works better for me! Thanks for the inspiration!
I’ve discovered that the wood coasters float more than plastic. But putting a bit of sticky tack or putty on the bottom helped some but not perfect. I would love to hear how yours work out and anything new you learn. 😺🧛🏻♀️
Glad you did it! I was thinking about doing mine that way, and now I know that it works great! Love the mosaic look of them.

where did you find the molds? I have been trying to find. Thank you.
@@sheilameehan-c9u I got these off Amazon. I measured the coasters and found a mold that size I think these are 4inch molds.
