This is a great video, this is so true! We have the natural grimms stacking bowls and our 2 year old daughter still loved them and she does the pretend food for her animals and for us too!😂 Thank you!! I am now a new subscriber ❤️
Hi JT, thank you for your comment. They don't need to be washed. Wood is self cleaning. Bacterias stay and grow on plastics, but disappear on wood. I wouldn't let kids draw on it. The color might loose it's brightness after too much cleaning. But the toy is very durable and lasts for generations. Check out this video - I explain more about that theme and it might be interesting for you: ua-cam.com/video/V1DJV8LtZow/v-deo.html
Hi thanks for sharing. I have been on the hunt for eco friendly toys for a while and found so many ethical brands. I feel so happy I can actually come very close to no plastic toys. They are pricey but again the goal is to get less and Aim for quality. If you don’t mind I will share some brands with you. Babai - they have a small collection of beautiful wooden toys. I recommend their magnetic toy houses. Clicques - peg dolls and wooden toy trees Tateplota - Russian family owned business with beautiful hand made toys. I recommend the dragon, boat unicorn. But all their items are really magical. Fagus - trucks ans cars ( I am sure you must know them, they are German 😊 Grapat - as you already know Brin d’ours - wooden animals hand made in France Take care 😊
Thank you very much for your comment! I will look up the brands I don't know yet and yes, Fagus is famous in Germany for their hight quality toy cars. I am sure your comments is not just interesting and helpful for me. It will help so many other parents. ❤ Sending you lot's of love Josephine
I am sorry you feel like this. I know this is not the same at all, but maybe this is in your price range and maybe you would like to try dying with my dying method. I feel you and I absolutely get how hard it can be. Don't give up! There are other options than the expensive brands. Wooden Acorns Counting & Sorting Kit - Unfinished Wood Set of 20 Acorns and 6 Bowls www.amazon.com/dp/B076R5NKX4/ref=cm_sw_r_wa_apa_fabc_PKTVFbQ3PCHPC My video to dye wood. ua-cam.com/video/8OjZp72S_tU/v-deo.html I can so highly recommend to always look it thrift stores, Goodwill and so on for unfinished wooden toys you can dye. I do the same. I am also a huge fan of buy nothing groups on fb. It helps so much and especially in big cities are a lot of people who are giving away so many things! Feel hugged! Josephine

It is wonderful how much imagination kids have. It always touches my heart and makes me smile. 😊
Do they hold up to washing well?
