it is and it isn't! i'm glad it worked out, but they sent me a letter today telling me that my percentage of returns was almost too high and they were going to start charging me a restocking fee if I returned more… Three of my returns have been because of their own errors! This time they sent the wrong item, the other two times there were errors in their descriptions… I am very frustrated once more!
