Waylon, I've added a twist to this fabulous strategy that's made me tons of money. on a hit of one of the 3 place bets, I raise all my bets to 2 units, on a second hit, go up to 3 units, on 3rd hit, got up to 3 units, on 4th hit go up to 5 units. if I hit the 5th time, I start over. if a seven is rolled, I consider that a push and stay there. if I lose the lay I raise my bets 1 unit from where I lost the lay. won $2800 other day. one of the best ones, yet
I rolled it on Crapsee and profited over $1,000 in less than 45 minutes. I really like it. I'm new to your channel, and I have to say your approach to craps is very different than most I've seen. It has opened my "mind" to new ideas.
Love this system. I have changed it and start my lay at 150 and place all the numbers. I then take the first hit and rack it. After that, every number that hits, I up it one unit and bank the rest. If 6 or 8 is hit, I double the lay and add a unit to every place bet even if there is more on it. Once I hit a box number 2-3 times, I come down 1 unit on everything. If i find i have 4-5 hundred on the table, I will bring it all down and start over. That depends on how my roll is obviously. As you say, scared money don't make money and i say foolish playing doesn't make money either. You have to have some common sence knowing every shooter ends the roll with a big red. Thanks for all you do and Happy New Year.

Won over $1,200 with this beautiful system in the Poconos. Went with a $30 6 or 8 (started with 8 as the bad number and a $2k bankroll) and a $112 lay to start. Capped it at level 3. Was trying to figure out when to ladder back down so decided to only ladder down when a 4 or 10 was hit. I will certainly try it again at AC and will post the result. Thank you!
Tried this strategy a few times on my app. With 102 lay and 25,30,25 bet levels and 6k bank roll. I had some particularly bad rolls getting up to lv 12 a few times, but it does battle back with some profit. I may have been too conservative but coming back down I was only up a few hundred for the risk of 6k. Granted these were extremely bad rolls for this, so the ramp up and down definitely works, it is just super scary.

💪🤠👍 Making the 6 or 8 for $26 so that it pays $30 is a option. Or making the 7 more of a winner by playing 20,24,20 on a $15 table with a $90-102 lay might be even better.
He does the uneven lay/place bets for ease of the video / explanations mostly. It would be best to make correct bets, but it can get confusing to most if you talk about odd numbers. Much easier to just use single chips and wave away the math and let whoever is interested in the strategy work out how they would do it. Great suggestions that is how I would do it too. With your 20,24,20 and 90 lay, you would get $7 for a seven, or if you went to 25,30,25 and a 102 lay, you would get the $1 he was speaking about. 80-81 lay pay out (depending how they round the .25 cent vig).
Thank you, Waylon👍, I really like this strategy too...The difference with my similar strategy is I place all the box #s, equal to my don't #, and don't ladder up...If I get caught sometimes on the don't come out by a 7 or 11, I'll GAMBLE, and switch to the iron cross for a hit at what I feel is the proper time. Love your channel, Waylon...and love this system. Hey, just wanted to let you know that I think you are shorting yourself on the payouts in this video. On a $100 lay (true odds being 5:6), the payout would be $83 minus a $4 vig for a total of $79. The 7-Out should actually pay you $4, not the $1 that you've been giving yourself. I saw someone comment below that you might be arriving to $80 on the payout; however, $80 paid on a $100 lay is only paying at 4:5. That's not right. Also, on a $200 lay, a 5:6 true odds pay would be $166.6667, rounded down to $166, which would incur a $8 vig for a total of $158. I think you are shorting yourself. :-) That just means the system is even better than you are giving it credit for! Love the content...keep it coming!
Waylon it's been quite a while since you introduced your" WGS 4&10 ladder from the Don't pass starting at the 25$ level!". Do you still consider it the best for , "The "retiree play" : trying to make $100/day with a $2000-4000 bankroll and hoping to never have to add to the bankroll ? THANKS for the work/thinking you do !!
Hi Waylon. Making my way through all of your great 4 & 10 strategies. One question…when you 7 out when at the first level shouldn’t you be making $79 instead of $76? $100 lay should pay $83 minus $4 vig. That extra 3 bucks would add up.
Figured it out it is in the rounding on the math 100/6 = 16.66 Rounding Down is 16 16 * 5 = $80 Minus the $4 vig = 76. On bubble craps or roll to win you may get the higher payout
@@peterb2196 that math doesn't check out, though. $80 on a $100 lay would be a 4:5 payout, which isn't the true odds of 5:6. To get 5:6 payout on a $100 lay, the math works to $83.3333, or rounded to just $83. $83 to $100 is 5 to 6 payout. I think Waylon's math is off here. He's shorting himself some cash.
@@ktnotter Sometimes I switch it up, let the whacked number ride twice in a row on a roll or two to offset things and usually things get back on track and I can go back to ye olde "back and forth."
