    Mr Rogers, you ars a gem! I am one of those teachers who has been 'diminished' like your example more than once working as a cover across different schools. Knowing someone actually knows and acknowledges this means a lot.

    It's essential to debrief with the colleague over a cup of tea.
    I believe the tea is by far the most important part of this sentence.

      He is suggesting that the intervention they are talking about could lead to the 70% of students in the class who are not disruptive being given a voice through a 'fresh start'
