      If live high voltage wire fall off on the earth, then it will be line to earth fault, and protectiin will operate. However still it will be unsafe to go near it.

    Electric shock is very well explained under various conditions. The effect of stray capacitance and two persons working at the same time on positive and negative wires of a dc supply is very well explained. Figures are very nice and help easy understanding. Shock near high voltage towers is very well explained. Caution is mentioned many times under different conditions to prevent shock and danger to humans. Very nice presentation.

      The effect on the load will actually depend upon (1) the way primary and secondary coils are connected, star or delta (2) on which side supply is lost, primary side or secondary side. Let us consider the two cases:
      (1) Primary delta connected and secondary star connected:
      If one phase incoming supply is lost on the primary (delta) side, delta winding will receive single phase supply with one coil getting full voltage while other two getting half the voltage. Accordingly, single phase unequal voltages will be induced in secondary which will not serve any purpose for three phase loads.
      If one phase supply is lost on the secondary (star) side, one phase wire will become dead while other two phase wires will be live with their normal phase voltages. Also, line voltage will exist only between the two live wires. As regards three phase loads, they will receive only a single phase line voltage between only two terminals.
      (2) Primary star connected and secondary delta connected:
      If one phase incoming supply is lost on the primary (star) side, only two primary coils will be energised, getting equal co-phasal voltages of magnitude equal to half the line voltage. Accordingly, co-phasal single phase voltages will be induced in only two out of three secondary coils. This will not serve any purpose for three phase loads.
      If one phase supply is lost on the secondary (delta) side, secondary will work as open delta giving balanced three phase voltages with reduced capacity

      It may +ve or -ve or no earthing it depends on application and designer choice as per design philosophy.
      In our one big project we required plus and minus both type Dc voltage, so one battery set positive was grounded and another battery set negative was grounded.

      Kisi resistor ko battery key across lagaya, then current ek hi hoti hai, jab ki resistor key 2 terminals , aur battety key bhi 2 wires hotey hai.

      Display mey incomer current aati hai. Motor winding ki current nahi. Agar motor winding delta mey hai, then winding current, incomer display current sey 1.732 times less hogi. Magar winding current aapko useful nahi. Aapko incomer current dekhna hai.

      Thuck wire hone per resistance less hota hai. Earth tho bahut thick hai.
      Current koi phalney vali cheej thodi hai.
