  • Why 120-degree phase angle shift in 3 phase supply system and what is the phase shift 120 degrees in AC supply is explained in Hindi in this video. Phase angle in 3 phase supply is explained. How 120 between 2 phases, is explained. If all 3 phase angles in all 3 phases are different then their effect on the transformer and motor is explained. What is the phase angle 120 degree and the time formula in 3 phase ac supply is explained? An educational tutorial on electrical and electronics engineering 341 in Hindi by G K Agrawal (Gopal Krishna Agrawal). The lecture is given by a person with circuit design and industrial experience.

120 degrees phase shift mainly appears in all equations because the stator windings in generator are arranged 120 degrees apart. This is for symmetry and for capturing the rotating magnetic field from rotor and get three phases of voltages induced in stator windings.

First of all thanks for this vidio. my question is, if three phase power' distribution transformer is use in delta primary and secondary is star connected and primary is only two phase available then how use more and more power. In this case one phase has normal voltage but other two are very low. If connect two primary with same phase , two secundry has normal voltage and one is zero volt. Is it arrangement is West arrangement. And in this arrangement phase to phase voltage is double, not 1.732 times. Is its output is doble phase or series of two single phase transformer. What is its out put phase angle. Please make a vidio on this topic.if not possible please answer.
