    Join my channel to get access to perks!:
    ua-cam.com/channels/zelFwDFy5eok8e_Gc6gZ6w.htmljoin
    Tier 1 - $1.99: With this tier, you get access to my trademark loyalty badge and my cool emotes (which you can also use on Discord & Twitch!). It's also just a way to support me without any of the teambuilding/fixing perks!
    Tier 2 - $4.99: With this tier, you get everything from tier 1, as well as the option to ask for "TeamFixing." Here, you can submit a team to me via message/DM on discord, and I can fix the EV spreads or recommend Pokemon for what's optimal for the format at the moment. You can also receive a member-only video where I fully explain how I fix the team, but if you'd like to just do this part via discord call, this is fine.
    Tier 3 -$9.99: Here we can BUILD a team from scratch rather than simply fix a squad. This can be done via discord call, as well as a dedicated member-only video for it.
    Tier 4 - $14.99: With this, you're able to send pokemon showdown battle replays to me via discord. Here, we help look and analyze your games and offer advice and suggestions to improve understanding of battle mechanics and thought process turn by turn.

    I remember in the past, Kingambit was on a lot of teams with Dragonite as a 2 mon core and sometimes Farigiraf as a 3 mon core. Reg E and F I believe.
    Farigiraf to set up TR and shut down priority as well as having psychic moves to cover Kingambit’s 4x fighting weakness, and Dnite to spam priority extreme speeds while kingambit spams sucker punch. Not as amazing as chien pao as a Dnite partner but still decent I’d say.
    Very fun mon. Absolutely loved using this thing. Was on some of the teams I’ve done the best with in limitless tours so I have a personal attachment with Kingambit.

      Also what would be the best tera nowadays? Fire to prevent getting burned or still Fairy/Dark?

    That phone ring made me do a double take lmao
    Gambit is solid still! He was a beast in series 1, and he’ll still be fantastic here.

    you think tera dark sd black glasses kingambit with more physical defense has any merit this format to counter mons like annihilape and archaludon or would you recommend relying on redirection more? just out of curiosity

      @CloverBells  2 місяці тому +1

      I showed the EV spread in the video to survive a +1 body press from archaludon with the glasses. You play it that way sure!

    For team 2 (psyspam) is there a reason not to run 0 speed IVs on the Indeedee? Just curious as the Gallade, Hatterene and Torkoal all are. Thanks for the amazing content! Very helpful!!

      It's supposed to be 0, yes. Sorry I made the squad a little too quickly. It's relaxed natured so make it 0. I'll adjust it for the video when I get a chance

    I like to use minus speed Kingambit since there are not many mons it outspeeds. It underspeeds bloodmoon and with low kick you do 60-70%.

    • @CloverBells
      @CloverBells  2 місяці тому

      we like to OUTspeed the blood moon hence why I put a little bit of speed investment

      @@CloverBells yep makes sense. I just like (on my team) to underspeed it for all sorts of trick room teams

    I've recently gotten into competitive so can you please tell me what an ev bump is?

    • @CloverBells
      @CloverBells  2 місяці тому +1

      In pokemon, when you invest your vitamins to increase a stat, usually it goes up by 1 point. However, in the natured stat that you chose (ex: adamant), you'll see a "bump" in that stat only when you invest EVs. There are 3 distinct points within the 252 bar where the stat will increase by 2 points instead of one. Look at Heatran and make it modest. You'll see that as you move the slider and get it to +76 the special attack increases by 2 points instead of one! Amazing! From here, the rule is that for every 80 EVs invested after the first bump, you'll see it again. So +156 and +236 investment in special attack you'll see the 2nd and 3rd bump. This is only 1 example for 1 pokemon. Another Pokemon may see the bumps elsewhere in their natured stat. Hopefully this helps!
