Lightspeed Rescue is a criminally underrated season. It's my favorite out of the entire Saban era! Easily one of my favorite ranger seasons.

for me, it's timeforce, lightspeed, lost galaxy, and wildforce, in that order. after that, the rest are tied in the middle until we reach samurai. samurai was okay but the rest, i stopped caring

Gotta say, Lightspeed Rescue is one of the few seasons that aged well. Less superheroes in general but more a rescue team of heroes for kids, which is very, very common on tv now.
To me it was Live action rescue heroes

I remember reading some comments years ago, that he's a firefighter because he really loves Carter from Lightspeed Rescue.

This swells my heart with joy hearing these three talk about their time on the show and outreach they did with the young fans. I couldn't watch lightspeed as a kid but I would without a doubt have loved it.

@@AndreNitroX Oh no that wasn't it, it was more like I missed the show when it was airing. Wild Force was my first introduction to Power Rangers though I did watch the previous seasons through CDs my parents would rent out back in the day.

I freakin love this show. Carter is one of my fav Red Rangers. His overall personality is matched only by his amazing skills. Plus he works so well with his team mates. They have such good team synch.

I had a VHS tape of Curse of the Cobra; the one when Ryan comes back and gets a living tattoo on his back and the rangers defeat Diabolico with their combined megazord.
I used to rewatch that movie tape endless times at my late grandparents’ house. The super train megazord was my personal favorite megazord because I love trains, and it looks awesome.

lightspeed is also one of my favorite power rangers cause it's was one of the first power rangers shows where they weren't just teenagers with aditude they were adults who had real hero jobs. firefighters, doctors, pilots, scuba divers, and rock climbers.
Man blue was my favorite as an Asian American i loved seeing Asians as a ranger of course trini as first and adam second

Lightspeed is in my top 10 of power ranger series. This one felt so realistic.
Outside of the original movie and reruns of the mighty morphin this was the first power rangers season i ever got into thank goodness i was raised as in early 200s kid used to watch this one every Saturday morning had the action figures and a few of the VHS tapes thank God the cast is still doing well ❤❤
This really marks my childhood I even got a poster of them in my bedroom and it's still intact now but it's in my childhood treasure box❤❤❤
This season of Power Rangers has been one of my favorites since childhood. It’s the first time we get villains & monsters that are originally from Earth. It’s the first time the Ranger’s Morphers, Weapons, & Megazords were made by people who had access to the Morphing Grid. The idea of having an 6th Ranger for the season was a smart way to not upset a lot of fans, despite that there’s no Titanium Ranger in the Sentai version. Carter was a great leader & badass. Dina was very kind & prepared for anything. Chad is a very good swimmer & martial arts expert, I do admire his relationship with that Mermaid. Kelsey is very friendly & a little crazy when it comes to stunts. Joel is cool & hilarious, for a Green Ranger. Mrs.Fairwesthee is both smart & nice to the other Rangers, especially Joel. Captain Mitchell is a good mentor & caring father. Ryan was a great character with a great story arc. Olympus & his mom are great villains that give us nightmares(while they both inspire both Prince Charming & Fairy Godmother from Shrek). Diabolical was an amazing 2nd in command who later redeemed himself, after he, Vypra, & Loki were betrayed by their Queen. The Omega Megazord is my favorite of the season, despite how it was first used to save the Earth from Armageddon. The 2 pt crossover with Lost Galaxy is my favorite episode of the season(sure, y’all think it could’ve been as good as it’s Sentai counterpart, but I like it because of the Megazord showdown with the monstrous Trakeena). And the last 4 episodes that were all edited onto VHS was by far one of the greatest & darkest finales of the series.
Fun fact: Chad’s actor, Mike Chat, trained Taylor Lautner.

I think this further cemented my appreciation for Lightspeed Rescue. I am glad they got positive experiences out of it (knowing how working on Power Rangers can end up).

My god, when this was filmed, Alison had not aged a day since her time on set. Literally the same face with different hair.
I have a soft spot for PRLR because when watching 9-1-1, Carter and Bobby Nash are so alike - they sound alike too. Hahaha. Chad sounds a hell lot like Chimney, Kelsey a lot like Maddie, Joel gives off Buck vibes.

This season has a down-to-earth cast. They seem like people you would know in real life. Red ranger is basically Clark Kent. Pink ranger is so cute and her actress seems genuinely normal and nice. Yellow was a cool chick and a true tomboy. The good old days when women could be tomboys and men didn’t compete in women’s sports.
Carter was more like a captain america

Thank god they made this. I was getting tired of the same old premise of recruiting "teenagers with attitude" and not, you know, actual soldiers or people with risky jobs so they would adapt easier to the threats they would have to face.
Omg i didnt know the pink actress is so cool and hilarious. The blue one is so cute. The red is so hot i wish he had this hairstyle when he was in the show 😍
On the other note I dont remember much of the show since i barely watched it when i was a kid. I remember it roughly. But the premise looks cool because i think the season was on the scarier&darker side. The initiative of original Titanium ranger was cool too. And i personally think they chose the perfect actors/tress for the roles/characters. ❤

I used to own the Max SolarZord and loved watching this as a kid
Only thing I love about this season is that instead of Teens these rangers were adults that had nurses, firemen ect. They already know how to help people when they were in need. Thats what made this season unique.

Sean would've played very good Superman/Clark Kent in any Superman show or film because he had that height body build and that Christoper Reev type of Face and voice. Heck in one episode of Light Speed he had a disguised similar to Clark Kent as a Daily Planet Reporter with the Eye Glasses and Suit and Tie

Post Zordan era best Lost Galaxy-wild force. But in space is goat and rpm. But 1998-2002 best ranger era

To this day, I argue Light Speed's theme song is the best in Power Rangers history and the Titanium Ranger is still my favorite. The cast, the action, the set, everything was so good in this season. The only thing I didn't like was the suit transformation. I wasn't a fan of the "conveyor belt suit-up" even as a kid.
